I called on behalf of my mother who had to put down her 20 year old cat and this clinic was beyond accommodating. In our time of need they were willing to make space and time to help us during such a difficult time. Out of all the clinics we called this one showed us they care about the family and animal and not about making as much money off of you in your moment of need. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone e looking g for a clinic with values and compassion. Thank you for being there for us ❤️

We took our beloved cat, Jiji, to Callbeck today for the first time. The staff and Dr. were all very kind and helpful. The doctor came out to talk to us about our concerns and then provided options to keep our little girl healthy. We are happy that we went to Callbeck and will be returning in the future for our Kitty's check-ups.

Dr. Callbeck and staff have been so kind and caring to our two dogs through the years. We appreciate their approach to safety during this pandemic, and understand their need to have people wait outside for their pets in order to keep their staff as safe as possible, especially given that the vets are a husband and wife team. Thank you for being proactive in order to keep the clinic running smoothly during these crazy times!

They were already my bunny’s vet, and they showed me an awesome service as a vet place. But it was when I had to travel and had no where to leave my bunny that they were AMAZING. They took care of him, fed him, they built a cardboard castle so he wouldn’t get bored, they sent me updates with pictures, they played with him and even prepared a place for him to be. Thank you SO MUCH for all the dedication on those days ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Callbeck was absolutely amazing. She saw our dog who had a serious allergic reaction when no other clinic would accommodate us. The reaction got worse as we were trying to find somewhere to go. The Callbeck Animal Hospital were extremely efficient and quickly treated our dog as she was covered from head to toe with hives. The office staff was friendly and we are so grateful that they made arrangements to see our dog ASAP. They were even so kind as to call us while we were waiting to let us know everything would be okay. A 5 star rating is definitely deserved.

My daughter had to put her dog down. He was her soul mate, and what was such a hard thing to do for both of us, was eased by Dr Callbeck and her team. Dr Callbeck personally took care of us and was very empathetic with her comforting words and allowing us time prior to and after. She followed that up with such a nice handwritten card that again, brought tears to our eyes. Thank you Dr Callbeck and team!

It is one of the most unfriendly and insulting pleace for the people who visit this place. more than a year is past from covid 19 epidemic but still this place force the visitors to stay outside of the building in the cold, snow, rain, I am very sorry for very unfriendly staff and vet doctors working there. Here doctors are not even take a few minutes time to talk to visitors in person and only talk to them by calling them. I will never ever visit this place again.

I was a long-time client of Callbeck Animal Hospital. The only reason I left was because I moved out of the area. Callbeck was very instrumental in finding a new veterinarian in my new location as it was very difficult to find one.Callbeck was always able to perform all necessary procedures or recommend specialty clinics. They always communicated well and told me what was necessary to be done for the best interest of the pets. I was able to entrust the ongoing care of many pets through the years. All of the vets, front staff, vet technicians, vet assistants and office staff were always informative, friendly, and knowledgeable to explain medications and procedures and to answer any of my questions.In an emergency with any of my pets I received immediate service. The vets and staff at Callbeck have always gone above and beyond the call of duty for my pets (even the difficult ones). If I had not moved, I would still be with them. My pets and I have always been treated with respect and dignity. I highly recommend this clinic.Thank-you all for the excellent care my pets have received over the years and thank-you for taking care of my pets during the move. Once again you all went above and beyond the call of duty. I will never forget what you have done for me and my pets over the years.Barb and Family
