This company plans are good but not to good with customer service. This guy gave us an appointment twice and I never got to meet him, if you’re the guy who’s looking for good customer services please don’t go to him.

I worked with John to design my new home and his experience and knowledge was evident from the moment I sat down to discuss my plans. John has been a miracle worker, able to come up with designs/solutions for everything we asked of him.Working with John and his team has been a pleasure, from answering questions, quick turnarounds to delivering what he promised. For anyone who is currently looking for someone to help them design their next project, I would say look no further as with John’s well diversified experience he can take care of all your design needs!

We are so impressed with John and his team. From start to finish, John worked with us to understand our vision for our dream home and made it come to life. He and his team worked tirelessly to turn our drawings around and any requested changes (and there were a few rounds :) ) were updated very quickly. They kept our tight deadlines in mind and kept us on track to meet them. John was extremeley supportive of us through our first time design and permitting process, always answering questions quickly whether by email or phone. We are so happy that we chose to go through this with JTA, would highly recommend!

This guy gave us appointment twice and we never got to meet him. This guys doesn’t know if he has time see someone or no. Really bad customer service.

I have been using John Trinh and Associate for years! They are amazing! All his staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. But must importantly they get the job done right! They work hard to get your projects done in a timely manner. I can't say enough great things about John, Savon and his team! I love working with these guys they are the best!!!
