Vancouver Island Glass

On a cross canadian road trip, and we ran into a rough patch in Vancouver. Ian and Jamie got us back up and running with a fix in two hours. Service was great with a fair price to top it off!

Wanted to thank Iain for his outstanding help and service replacing the rear window of my mini cooper. He dealt with everything . Even arranged to do the work at the local BMW shop close to where I work. I have been so busy at work he made it easy. I had been driving around for weeks with a plastic wrapped back window. I would highly recommend Iain to anyone who needs there glass done.

My windshield chipped while driving to work. I sent a text to Kris and he had someone drive out to my work in less then a few hours. The tech arrived and fixed the chip in 30 minutes. Extremely impressed with their efficiency and convenient service. Their rates seem very reasonable and they took care of my insurance claim as I was covered. Would highly recommend.

I tried to have my chipped windshield repaired here. While I was waiting inside I realized I had not explained why the previous shop wouldn't attempt the fix. I walked outside unexpectedly and heard the tech saying to the person who received me (paraphrased), 'well I guess we'll just take their money then'. I was a little surprised to hear this. They then noticed me and seemed a little sheepish. I explained why the shop I went to previously wouldn't attempt the fix and the tech pointed out that it appeared as if my chips had been repaired by the previous owner of the vehicle. I thanked them for the info. and drove away. I'm not trying to cause trouble, just recounting my experience. Perhaps I am missing crucial parts of the whole story.Customer service over the phone and at the desk was great.

Great fast and friendly service! The windshield specified for my car according to the VIN number didn't seem quite right so Jodi took great care - even contacting the vehicle manufacturer - to make sure they ordered the right one. They were able to have delivered the next day, and it took exactly the amount of time they predicted to install it. I am extremely pleased with the result and I would recommend Vancouver Island Glass to anyone needing to replace a windshield.

Had the best experience, with all of the waits these days I had been quoted end of November for my windshield replacement. Jodi had me in in less than a week and they were amazingly fast after I dropped it off. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future if needed (hopefully not too soon!)
