I am currently seeing Nick for Physiotherapy services. I am impressed at his thoroughness when assessing me, broad range of techniques to try and help me and willingness to work with and listen to my needs and problems. He's been wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend his services!My only wish is that this clinic would move to online appointment booking as it would make it a lot easier for me than calling and going through dates verbally with the receptionist (even though she is very nice).

I was in a MVA and in pain most days until I was referred to Royal City Health and Manual Therapy. I’ve been seeing Nick for almost a year now and he is an outstanding therapist and very knowledgeable in his field, with a broad range of techniques that are impressive.His recommended treatment of Physiotherapy and Active Rehab has helped improve my mobility and assisted with my pain management. He’s always professional, very understanding, patient, friendly and caring and always makes me feel better.I will highly recommend him to others that have injuries and are in need of treatment.I’d also like to acknowledge that the safety protocols in place for COVID go above and beyond the recommended requirements and I feel safe and protected always at the clinic.As soon as I walk through the door I feel welcomed and the Receptionists and staff are really friendly and courteous and are most accommodating when scheduling my appointments.Thank you to a wonderful team for assisting me with my recovery!

I have been going to Royal City Health off and on over the years as I have some chronic issues with my neck and back. Lately I've been treated regularly by massage therapist Mike, who is absolutely fantastic. The pain and stiffness that I experience really limits what I am able to do comfortably; after a massage treatment, I'm pain-free and ready to get on with my day. I send my kids here as well; they're in a lot of sports and are prone to sport-related injury and muscle tightness. Jeannie, Julia, Mike and Lisa have successfully treated them which helped them prepare for and compete in provincial, national and international competitions. We are very thankful for this amazing team of very competent therapists.The clerical staff at the front desk are friendly and professional. If they can't accommodate us with a timely appointment, they will call us when they have a cancellation. Very welcoming place.

I got an accident in June this year. The location of Royal City Health and Manual Therapy was convenient for me. There were sufficient parking spots in the mall as well. My last session of massage therapy was done in the last week. Also, the last session of physiotherapy was finished in September. After those treatments, I now feel much better than the start. Thanks to my therapists Ernesto and Nicolas. They both worked very professional and did a great job for me. Moreover, all staff at the front desk were really helpful and polite.

I have seen Davina for a few years now. I couldn't find a better match for me. The clinic is very lucky to have such a amazing, personal and talented therapist. She is very passionate on what she does. I have seen other but she is one of kind. She goes above and beyond what a therapist would do. She is is very efficient and always finds a way to make me feel better. When i see her i feel like I am not only seeing a massage therapist, i am also seeing a personal trainer. The standard protocols for a therapist and the clinic for covid, is above and beyond the level. They are very clean especially Davina, which i love. Thank you for everything royal city health for the service in the front to the therapist. I feel safe and in good hands. Davina you are gold. Thank you again.

3 people I’ve been getting massage and physio since my car accident..1. Ernesto Coelho for about one year and he is amazing!! He takes the time to educate you and find the exact places that are causing the pain. He has been an integral part of my healing process to date. You can tell that he is passionate about helping people. I highly suggest Ernesto to anyone!!2. Rebecca Watson- she’s awesome too!! She’s super pleasant and really cares. She makes me feel comfortable and has been helping to improve my neck.3. Promod - for physio he’s guided me to exercises that relieve my constant pain. Ernesto is AWESOME!!! I'm so grateful!! I love that his massage also includes active rehab which is so important! Ernesto is very professional, very knowledgeable as well as personable. He knows how to make you feel comfortable and break things down so that you understand. He's very thorough on what he does and I enjoy the humor as well!I would highly recommend Ernesto to anyone! I have seen at least 40 different massage therapists in my lifetime...probably more ha!Anyway, I would like to say how impressed I am with treatment from Rebekah.She has a great flow, just the right amount of pressure, finds the issues in all areas of my body instantly and is the only massage therapist I would recommend to get a head massage from. It actually opens my sinus airways and relaxes my whole body. But most importantly she doesn't pull my hair!!!!Thought you'd like to know how well she is doing and how much I really appreciate her work.Thank you

Very friendly staff, the reminder options are great (i prefer emails). I like them following up on me, compared to other clinics that doesn't care. The reception area is clean, bright and welcoming, I like that they always have fresh flowers to stare on while waiting.My RMTs and PT are very professional. Ernesto is like the human dry needle"

I've been going to Royal City manual therapy in the Royal City Center for the last three and a half years. I have been seeing Davina for massage therapy since I started going there and she is just amazing, honestly I don't think I would be where I'm at right now if it wasn't for her. She is so helpful and informs Me of anything that she notices different or that's concerning to her with my treatment. Chi is always sensitive to my needs and very friendly and willing to help in any way that she can. She's been an amazing support for me over the last three and a half years and honestly I don't know what I would do without her or the amazing team at Royal City manual therapy. I have seen other therapist there as well including Victor for acupuncture treatment he is also a great therapist very kind and patient and friendly and also lets me know his concerns and really helps me. Ive seen pramod too for some physio treatment and so did my mother after her workplace injury a few years ago and he is also very friendly very professional very patient and kind and another one of their amazing therapists there. But I cannot forget about the amazing stuff that they have and receptionist everybody there deserves an award they are all friendly patient outgoing and the customer service is amazing. Way to go Royal City manual therapy you guys rock!
