Bought my Seiko Save the Ocean Turtle here. Stephen is very knowledgeable and patient, did not pressure me into a sale but took the time to make sure I found a watch that was perfect for my needs. Great prices and is a Seiko authorized dealer so the watch comes with box and warranty, unlike some places online. Definitely recommend and have found my go to watch store.

Was a bit skeptical when I came across them as to whether it's a legitimate shop. I was happy to be proven wrong. Great selection, prices, and service!They have a decent website with a messaging feature where the owner Stephen actually replies you. Stephen was kind enough to measure the lug and buckle width of the watch I was interested so I could start my search on aftermarket straps too.They don't open 7 days a week as it seems, but they ship 7 days a week for online orders for people who are not living in Toronto like myself. Popped by Stephens store in Maple today on the off-chance that I could find a nice citizen navihawk a t well he had one there and he offered me a great price so I bought it on the spot.Stephen is very knowledgeable and is a wonderful horologist watch collector.I have already referred him to several people in my watch Club so hopefully the next time I come in he'll give me a nice discount on a nice Seiko.Pleasure meeting you I have feeling you will be finding me some nice watches in the near future.

I bought my first watch from here a few months ago. I soon wanted another watch to add to my collection, but it was expensive and every retailer I looked at had the same price. I soon messaged Stephen and he replied within 2 minutes saying he would gladly order the watch I wanted and offered me a lower price than the other retailers. It took him only a day and a half before he messaged me saying it was ready for pickup. I was expecting to wait longer. Definitely will come again and will only buy watches from here. I purchased my first Seiko from this store. I also purchased a Seiko from another store online. Stephen sized both watches for me, However he quickly showed me that the second watch I purchased from the other store had a dent on the bottom bezel. I wouldn't have noticed it at all if it wasn't for his eye for detail. I will be returning the second watch back to the store I got it from. Stephen also assured me he would match the price of the other store I purchased it from, when they received their shipment as the watch was sold out everywhere. If you want great service and knowledgeable staff, then this is the place to go.

Can’t say enough about my recent positive online shopping experience with Maple Jewellers. Initially tried purchasing through a well known Seiko retailer in Edmonton, but it seems they are more interested in ensuring their Instagram followers are kept up to date than focusing on actual customer service. Anyways, Stephen was an absolute pleasure to deal with - putting up with numerous questions prior to my completing the purchase. My watch arrived very quickly and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’m glad I moved on and found Maple Jewellers, because not only did I get the watch that I wanted, but I actually got it at a much better price than what I had been quoted elsewhere. Thank you!
