Best customer service by sales team of Wow at Place Vertu, A sales rep. (Zainab) was really helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend their service. We had 7 lines on 1 account and whole transition was smooth. Thank you wow!

Very bad customer service! Don't buy from these thieves! I bought a screen protector for 35$ and it was defective. It showed humidity from the very first moment but they told me it is normal and it should dissappear within a day. I went back to the store 2 days later because it didn't disappearand they told me they can't replace it because they told me it is out of stock and they didn't want to refund me!! It is terrible service. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible!

If I can give 0 star I would. The manager makes rude and inappropriate comments to the customers. If you want to hear inappropriate and unpleasant comments then go there. If not go somewhere else

I bought a phone from WOW! boutique ,the assistant manger (Zainab) is super helpful and amazing service and very friendly person ,I wish I could give her ten stars if I could .Super experience with the shop and the staff employees .
