You may feel nervous at first but then you realize that these people are great and they are always there to help.By the way if you’re worried that your going to get hurt, I was sitting in the room where you buy your clothes and I saw a glass for injured kids and there’s nothing but dust and I’m sorry if you didn’t understand that story

Nice and caring sensei (and staff) that focus on self-discipline, self defense, more then how to get points in tournaments (still promotes the sport).I wish they could teach younger ages, so i can bring my 4 1/2 year old, and that my wifi and can do adult training after.

I do kick boxing and BJJ in this gym. Instructors are patient and nice. They are willing to teach if you want to improve.

Trained for over 3 years so many memories and very caring people felt just like home people are very accepting and helpful and since it'd open 6 days a week and you can go to any class it basically is home

I can only speak for the kickboxing class, but Richard and Chris are top notch instructors with impressive resumes. They're incredibly passionate and patient, and seem to have a sixth sense for knowing exactly what you need to improve on.Location is somewhat inconvenient so it was a two hour bus ride to the gym, but it was always worth it. Classes are small so the instructors can really give you their attention. Easily one of the best gyms I've been to.
