I went to this place to buy a used phone. I met the manager Sree. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions. I bought the used phone at a good price. He let me compare the two phone before I made my choice.This place has lots of parking spaces.I would come back again if I need to buy another used phone.

Friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I was pretty bummed when my phone got smashed but was able to get my phone back within an hour. Great service and Sree takes the time to explain the process and what needs to happen. Definitely will come back again if I need anything fixed or for a new" phone"

Sree is awesome. He went out of his way to call me back and was able to get a phone battery brought in within 2 days. He installed the battery quickly and solved an app issue that has been a problem since brand new. I'm super impressed with the quick and friendly service and will definitely go to this store for all my future phone service. Thank you Sree!!

Stopped in to get a screen protector and the gentleman who helped me was great! Applied the new protector for me, then went into my settings to get the touch sensitivity all set up, and was extremely friendly the whole time, even helped me set up face recognition unlock (which I didn't know my phone could do) when I laughed over how finicky my fingerprint sensor is. Thank you!

Best deal in town to fix your cracked screen, no word of a lie! I called 5 other places!!Super fast, I even got him right when he was going to have lunch. He still helped me out and was so friendly about it all. Nice location just on the outskirts of the Royal Oak plaza, which is great because that parking lot can be a hassle and a half somedays.
