By far the BEST experience(s) I've ever had when needing a service(s).The ladies that work at BVI Sugaring are all incredible and Queens, and that's the simplest way to put them.The knowledge, professionalism, comfort, and experience each lady has at BVI Sugaring is incomparable. They will get to know you and your skin type, while recommending the best services for yourself and new ones to try.When leaving the first time (and second), I felt so confident and comfortable with myself, while also learning so much, I couldn't help but talk about my experience and continue to do so!Not only are they themselves amazing and their services, but the studio itself its beyond clean and beautiful.I have been twice now, and will continue to go while also recommending to everyone I know!I guarantee you wont go just once!

First time sugaring and it was a great experience! Less painful then waxing and the ladies were great!

Just had a fantastic experience with Dyna! She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable and that the service was completed to a high standard (which I appreciate). The service felt personalized to my needs and she was mindful of challenges with sensitive skin and ingrown hairs. The experience was professional and as painless as can be. Overall I was very impressed!

UPDATE: the owner has personally contacted me and apologized and assured me this experience is NOT the standards they hold themselves to and it’s not normal. She seems like a very nice and sincere person so I’m adjusting my review.Bought my mother a gift card for Christmas. She finally went today. She has MS and is in a wheelchair. Which we had informed them when we made the appointment.They didn’t even bring my mother inside, they did her entire appointment IN THE LOBBY BESIDE THE FRONT DOOR. How incredibly embarrassing and uncomfortable. My mother doesn’t get to leave the house often, and she was treated like an inconvenience and like they wanted her out of there as fast as they could. One of the girls was rude and annoyed. It took two of them to remove my mothers facial hair? By the front door … in the lobby. What an awful TERRIBLE experience. I’m truly mortified I chose this place for mother and she had to have that experience.

An amazing experience!This was my first time sugaring and they made me feel so comfortable from the initial phone call! When I got there, my technician was so gentle and calmed me throughout the process. I recommend this place alot!! Best believe the results were lit

Deana was amazing for my first time sugaring. I would recommend this service to anyone because it was minimal pain and they made me feel comfortable by telling me what they were doing throughout! The prices here are also incredible compared to other places, while still receiving top service and results!I will definitely be going back! Thank you girls!

This is by far my favourite place! Every time I come in, I’m always greeted so sincerely and with lots of joy by all the ladies! I recommend this business 100%. The women are so lovely, makes my heart full going to a place with that much excitement when their customers walk in!
