I went there for my manicure pedicure & nail extensions appointment..Carla did my nails; She is so perfect in her job.. did everything with great detailing to match with reference Everyone in this place is so friendly & nice.love their services definitely come back ❤️

Not worth the time or money to get a lash lift here. I have been getting lifts every few months for years & this one took the longest & cost the most, yet was the least effective. Will not be returning for lash services here.

Had to leave one star because you can't leave a zero star review!! Not a great experience at all. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I booked a FULL pedicure and was never asked a preference of gel or polish at the time of my booking, only if I had polish on already that needed to be removed. I have never had to specify this before as most places ask you what you would like when you pick your colors out. But never the less I was given a choice of a mini pedi with gel or full pedicure with polish neither option was what I had booked. They told me that they were fully booked after me and couldn't fit it in even though I was the only one in the store at the time. Funny, after I left from getting a pedicure last minute at the other place in the mall (Polish Perfect, which was amazing) I walked past Faces and the chairs were were still empty, not one person getting a treatment!! This is my second bad experience at Faces as the last time I was in, I came in 35 minutes before closing and wanted a brow wax but they didn't want to take me because they were already cashing out?? I had to offer to prepay just so I could get in. Turning away paying customers?? Not how I would run my business. And I definitely would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

I popped in and the ladies were able to get me in within half and hour. Kayleen did my pedi and was absolutely wonderful. She was very thorough, did a great job on callus removal, nail care and paint and gave a great massage. I will definitely go back the next time I am in Kelowna.

Shout out to Sarah and the Faces team. She was able accomodate my quick, same day nail booking and did an excellent job. It's such a nice and welcoming space and staff members are friendly and amazing. Thank you!

I had my first Brazilian wax done by Angelina. One would assume this service could be awkward, exposing and unpleasant. To my surprise, all thanks to Angelina, it was comfortable. She put me at ease and distracted me with friendly and funny conversation. I highly recommend receiving a service from Angelina!

Loved this place so much! So clean, professional, and the nail techs are amazing. Carla did my nails exceptionally! By far the best nail salon in Kelowna.

Had a great experience with Ashu! Really great environment, super clean and professional very sweet. Overall just a nice relaxing time. :)
