Awesome work done. One call, quick response, showed up on time and got the job done right. He had to rearrange the water lines and rest the gas supply line to accommodate the new tank. Zero complaints, quick and very clean service. Definitely recommend, thanks Dylan and Epic Plumbing.

'Dylan' arranged an appointment with me for Tuesday, 3:30 P.M., June 14th/2022 to replace my gas fireplace. He was a no show. I was left twisting in the wind & then just ghosted. It would have taken less than 60 seconds to call me back to reschedule........ Not impressed. Shame on Epic Plumbing &Heating!

Hired Epic for a dual residential toilet installation last week and they were fantastic. Dylan, Kev & Dan were great- Easy to communicate with, great pricing, timely, friendly, & punctual. I would highly recommend them.

We just had Epic Plumbing in to hook up our brewery and lounge. Super awesome job. Better than I could have imagined! I woke up this morning and found myself admiring our finished plumbing instal. Come down to Rusted Rake Brewing in Nanoose and I'll give you a tour of the instal. Love it!!

Dylan and his team at Epic provided great service, reasonable prices and followed proper COVID-19 safety protocols when working. We'd highly recommend Epic and will call on them again when we need plumbing or heating work done.

***PLEASE READ***Epic Plumbing does Epic retrofit heating and cooling system in Nanoose! I had invited numerous contractors to try and correct the sub-par system that was in place. The system had outlived its useful life as well as not being built to meet the initial requirements of the home. After having met with over 5 different contractors they all came back to us with the same response. It cant be done"! "The solution is too complicated" " it would be way to costly to correct and bring it up to standard due to the design of the house". Epic plumbing showed up and this all changed!!! Not only did they provide an elegant solution to helping create a more efficient home

Dylan is hard working and dependable. My wife and I have called on him several times over the past year to do work in our first home renovations. His workmanship has been excellent for multiple projects including three bathrooms, laundry room, a hot water tank, outdoor taps, and everything in-between. He will continue to be our go-to choice if we need repairs or changes in the future. Highly recommended.

We had Dylan and crew come and do an heat pump install on our home. They were very professional and craftsmanship was excellent. I highly recommend Epic Plumbing and heating, hands down best in town.

Dylan came to the house within 24 hours after I contacted Epic Plumbing to take a look at our furnace that wasn't working and he ordered the part that was needed. Came back and installed it and was very professional and showed up when he said he would. Overall I was very happy with the service and price.
