In my experience I highly recommend to go elsewhere if you don’t want to get gouged.I booked my car in for a wheel alignment at OK tire Spruce Grove back in January 06 2023. My Toyota had hit a curb due to icy road conditions.I had gotten a mechanic to replace the left lower control arm assembly which had been damaged due to the impact. The mechanic advised me to book a wheel alignment at a tire shop since he could not do wheel alignment’s at his garage.I show up for my scheduled wheel alignment appointment at OK tire Spruce Grove. After my vehicle had been there for the whole day i get a call and they proceed to tell me they cannot do a wheel alignment on my Toyota matrix and that it needed the whole front end of my car replaced. They handed me a $3,800.00CAD estimate for the repairs needed. I declined and had to pay a $59.95CAD inspection fee.I book my car in at a competitor’s tire shop that same day for a wheel alignment and to get a second opinion. They did an inspection free of charge and completed the wheel alignment as advised by my mechanic. They ensured me my front end was in perfect working condition and I have been driving my vehicle with no complications or issues ever since.

Took my tandem trailer in for a flat repair and picked up a nail in one of the other tires. Ended up needing at least two new ones. They all had some wear so I asked about replacement. They had four in stock and were able to replace all four tires right away. Great customer service.

Booked my car for an alignment via email, which was super convenient for me. The staff were really great to deal with while I was there. I dropped my car off at 9am and it was ready a couple hours later! 100% recommend based on customer service and pricing.

The Team in Spruce is always fair and easy to deal with. They always do the work and honestly sell you only what is required. Thought I need brakes and front end parts and they came back saying there was very little play in the front end. I was going to change the parts and they told it really didn’t require it at this time! They are very accommodating.

Excellent staff and service, when in there for new tires, they worked with my schedule to find a time that worked for me. They were on time with their schedule, and I was in and out in under a hour, no bs service, didn’t try to tell me there was a bunch of stuff wrong with my vehicle to try and upsell . Did a small inspection on the vehicle when getting the tires done and told me or some potential problems in the future but not to worry they didn’t need to repaired immediately, just something I should be aware of. Yet again amazing staff and service and I will definitely recommend this location to other people and will be coming back in the future.
