Honestly a super fun little skate plaza.Didnt see any other skaters or scooters whole time i was there.There is ledges of all sizes and a perfect height little flatbar.The ground is really as smooth as can be great job on that.Ledges were well waxed and flatbar was ok waxed.Free street parking right besideWorth the drive ill be backPlease dont overwax the rail
