Feeling nostalgic for the old school Hon's flavours...sorry you're going to be disappointed. I grew up eating at the original Hon's in Chinatown with my mom in the 80s. Throughout the years, they were able to maintain their recipes and keep their food tasting consistent. With the new rebranding, the recipes no longer taste authentic. We ordered the spicy dried noodles with wontons, Singapore fried noodles, and chicken pot stickers. With the exception of the potstickers, everything was just salty and lacking and depth. Even the broth that came with the spicy dried noodles was extremely salty. It was actually difficult to finish the meal. I hope that the restaurant takes the feedback and returns to their roots.

I have been eating in Hon’s since many years ago from downtown spot and today I eat in E Broadway. Good food, thin noodle, great caring, reasonable price, with alfresco area to eat.

Location is great for public transit riders making a transfer at the Broadway Commercial station. It was mid-afternoon when I entered and no one before me. It still took sometime to get one dish on the table. There are probably more staff during busier hours than one cook. Food quality was good and delicious. Price was below average and I think reasonable. Hon's is well known for it's quality food at good prices. Will definitely try it again when I transit at Broadway station again.

Staff are wonderful and polite.Food was delicious and the wait was surprisingly short for the quantity and quality of the food.The aroma of the restaurant is amazing with the wide range of delicious food offered.Highly recommend bbq pork rice and beef brisket lo mein with thick noodles!

I remembered I'd been at this place several years ago. Imagine my past experience if I passed it recently and decided that I had to write a review!Anyway, this is the only place in my life that I'd been to where we (my wife and I) eat the food we'd ordered. We just stood up and left. I guess there's no need to add anything.

Very nice, well decorated and ultra clean restaurant. Great attention and very food food. Maybe a bit Americanized profile in flavor, but very good as it is. My wife and I couldn't eat any more and spent $48 including the tip.

Avoid this specific Hon's location because they serve bland versions of their meals compared to other locations. Wasted my money because the prices are also higher during lunch time. I didn't even bother taking home the leftovers.

They serve very reasonable noodle. If you don't mind to spend time to look for a parking, highly recommend!
