Completely unreliable.I was trying to help my 85 year old mother with a serious plumbing problem in her house. I live in BC and my mother is in Winnipeg. My 85 year old mother had spent almost $1000 trying to get the sewer line in her house cleared. She was finally told that the sewer line under her basement floor was broken. I first emailed Big Boys on Sept. 21, 2021 on behalf of my mother. I got no response. I then sent another email on Sept. 23, 2021 to a different email address on BigBoys website. I got no response. I then called BigBoys on Oct 4, 2021 and left a message. I finally got a return call from Chito on Oct. 5, 2021. Chito was a fast talker" and said he knew everyone in the plumbing business and his son Julian would call my mother to discuss the repair. Chito called my 85 year old mother and told her the same thing

Julian and his Team did an amazing job for us at Tamarack Recovery. The process was very smooth and lead to very little disruption in our day to day operations. Tamarack is a residential Recovery Centre and we could not afford to be shut down for any length of time so Big Boys ensured that we could continue to help our Clients with out having to shut down. Julian and his Team were very respectful and it was a very good experience working with them. I would recommend them to anyone!
