if i was able to give them a zero, i would! seriously the worst. My mom had an appointment, the doctor did not care at all, and she did not even give any recommendations or a report, she did not fax my mom's pharmacy in order to order her medication. Also, my mom wanted to ask her about something else, she said that my mom need to ask for new appointment in order to tell her about her condition!! this is super silly and unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic and waste their time.

I made an appointment for a phone call with Dr. When they didnt call me I tried to reach out and they did not even respond to my email as to why the Dr didnt call....I used to love going to this place but because they did not respond to my email then it does seem that I need to find another clinic that will call....very fustrated and I hope they can learn from everyones situation and make positive changes.

Receptionist Jenn was awesome. We use the get in line app and she was willing to ensure we got in on time with a phone call to my cell phone. Most clinics the receptionists are grumpy un helpful people but here we have had nothing but smooth sailing.

Terrible service, misleading name as it does not accept walk ins. You have to book your appointment monday, so if something happens to you any other day you cant come here.

Finally a walk-in clinic that makes the registration process easy and stress free!! The Doctor I talked to was caring and asked a lot of questions. He took the time to understand my concerns and answered all my questions without rushing me. The Medical Office Assistant was friendly and efficient. This will definitely be my go-to clinic from now on!

I don’t know why this clinic has so many bad reviews? Dr. derubeis Is a great doctor and the office is really practical too; it’s right by uptown Walmart entrance to the right of it.Honestly he put in so much effort to help me so quickly. You will find your experience great, all the way from your first call to the clinic.I had a pretty tedious medical forms that needed to be filled and he’s been helping me get them done.He’s been professional and follows doctor’s ethics.

1st, I'm American and we had to pay out of pocket. Why 5 stars? Because it was still cheaper than my copay for insurance back home!!!!! Canadians are so lucky, you have no idea. it only took like an hour. I wait that long when I have an actual appointment for my regular MD in America. Then the MD found out how much my copay for my Rx is, and he felt sad for us Americans, so gave me samples to help out. So to put things in perspective, we pay $950/month for health insurance, our copay for every visit is $65, and my copay on my Rx is about $120/month. So Canadaians, protect your system, never privatize. This was a great experience!

My visit with Dr. Shapiro this week was truly remarkable. I was on time for my appointment and so was my Doctor. He met me at reception, called me by name and invited me into an exam room. Dr. Shipiro was efficient, thoughtful and caring. I felt like all of my health concerns were addressed in our session. The overall experience of the whole operation was top notch. Since I had already provided my information online when booking the appointment there was no paper work required when I arrived. Well done Jack Nathan Health!
