I went for my g test today, and i had the absolute worst instructor there. Her name is Giselle, and the moment she got into my car, i asked her a question and yelled at me to ask the question quicker. Then when i was about to make a right turn out of the center she was again yelling at me to go even though i was waiting for cars and to make sure no cars where going to get in the right lane. They really need to fire her because she had 0 right to be yelling at me and making me intimidated. And for the fact, the majority of her ratings are 1 star they really need to get rid of her. Im honestly Terrified to go back to this test center if there is any chance of getting Giselle again if i do i don't think i will even want to do the test again and Refuse to do it if its with her.

I did have a wonderful experience with the examiner at the Road Test. He was very nice. But the one thing I did have to really laugh at there was a driving school there in a little gray car. I believe the name was Road ready lol L O L she gets out of the car. Her teeth are all broken and she’s not wearing a friggin bra talk about disgusting. This lady calls her self a professional, wow. I would be embarrassed standing beside her.

The instructor Giselle is very unprofessional. She told me to shut my mouth during my road test. When all I did was re ask what she just said. It was NOT a good experience. I felt like I was discriminated against. Then I spoke with the supervisor today. She called me with a closed mind mentality like she was already ready to defend her employee. She didn't take anything I said serious. Argued with me on the phone. Then more or less hung up on me. Highly unprofessional.

I am a veteran with a severe mental disability. I felt very mistreated by an instructor whom I presume to be Giselle(bulky caucasian woman with attitude). She disregarded my greeting, and I felt she was going to fail me before we began the test. All of her demands were met with “yes ma’am”, even as she was telling me to stop talking to myself. I speak to myself as a way to suppress my PTSD and other mental disorders. I don’t have a problem with failing the test, as it was my first time. My issue is her lack of professionalism which reflects upon the company. Im afraid to go back to this location as it is detrimental to my health.

Read the reviews and come to your own conclusion. Giselle is a real piece of work. Imagine having a power trip being a driving instructor! Fully plan on reporting her. I personally read all these reviews before going there and therefore recorded the entire conversation. There google rating, due to this person, is the lowest I have ever seen but in my opinion is too high. I feel bad for anyone who comes into contact with such an unhappy person.

The worst drive test center ever. They canceled my appointment literally at the very last minute and rescheduled it 2 weeks later. I was ready to come to the center when I got the email, so I came anyway to asked why and see if I can get any sooner date. Their answer is: “Well just because we canceled it.” Then they turn around and walk away without finishing the conversation. That’s so rude. After seeing all other comments, I agreed that they were discriminated us and didn’t respect us because we are Asian. I look outside in the back parking lot, there are people still doing their test. Why my appointment got canceled then? This is absolutely ridiculous.

I went there for my writing test and the lady Michelle who was assisting me was very rude, discriminative, making faces and laughing. She makes us feel that we are dumb and loose our morale.Moreover, she didn’t even give proper information for the questions which I asked, either she didn’t wanted to or was not having enough information. Not at all polite! I don’t know after doing all this how she is able to work at the driving test center. They need to hire good people, who knows better customer service and has good information about the driving test center.

Driver examiner ID 433 is an abusive power tripping individual . Despite the overwhelming amount of complaints and requests to investigate this woman, she is still actively testing individuals. She is abusive verbally, picks her nails abd checks out her shoes ,how can a proper and fair examination be completed when the examiner is of in space or on a vanity check. She bilitles, degrades and makes up rules...its been proven that she her record shows she only fails individuals....if you get a mature aged woman with short curly blonde hair ID 433 , you have the legal right to say no Nd request a new examiner and I HIGHLY advise you to do so . MTO do you due diligence abd fire this abusive lady

Terrible computers that crash, all the tests are on computer, tests don’t display properly, questions don’t ask about information regarding the type of license you are trying to get. Staff will not help you if there are troubleshooting problems, they give you attitude if you ask for help with computer errors and they’ll turn you away. No power backups are available, if the power gets knocked out. I tried to be patient with all these problems happening all at once. The only choices I have is come back another day if I want to get a m1 license, do it again and hope that the questions are properly there are are written right and the computer doesn’t crash on me while I’m doing my test.
