I want you to take a moment to share the most positive experience I had at the UPS store on Fairway Road in Kitchener.I had a most unusual request very late in the afternoon and was urgent to have a set of golf clubs and a golf bag to be shipped out of town.John and Donna couldn’t have been more helpful and worked together to give me the best advice, on the best price for shipping.something so large at the end of the day. We just met the deadline for the day to have the golf clubs shipped!This shipment had quite a story behind it, and it was more than just a golf clubs, and I just could not believe the professional and helpful service that I received from John and Donna!Many thanks again John and Donna for making what you don’t realize was an extremely important shipment!

Never choose UPS if you have any returns. They would charge you 2$+ just to print their own label. I have used Purolator, and others they will print the label for you if you do not have one.When someone registers for courier, usually courier company fix the label if you do not have the label. This store or UPS believes in Upselling their printing services.

Asked them if I could send a file to them, they said yes. Printed it out, great. She tried to charge me $3.25 for a single black and white piece of paper. I told her this is news to me and she didn't tell me I would be charged, and a nearby sign said black and white copies were 25c each. The lady tried to say it was a file processing fee" but there is no such fee listed on any signage nor was I informed of this before sending them my file.edit: Yeah

Today I went in to this UPS to have a bday present shipped to my mom in the usa. Jason was amazing with giving me quotes and helping me out! He was patient and friendly and made the process very smooth. :) oh, and also, way cheaper than another place I quoted. So it was a win, win for me!I would definitely say that if you need any help with shipping, come to this UPS.. I know I'll be back!

My husband and I are very happy with services here, John is amazing and always willing to help. Thank you for the great service and kindness.

I needed a poster printed for an engagement gift. I went in on Saturday, April 30th and the gentleman working assisted me in a timely and kind manner. He assisted me in choosing the correct size and style of paper. I will definitely use UPS again for printing services!

The store manager Jay is very friendly, efficient and nice. He helped me with my printing order and was able to do it right away. I highly recommend this location!! He was also very creative to help with ideas for my business cards. Overall it was a great experience coming into this store. Such a welcoming and positive experience I will never forget!!!! :)

There was no customer in shop,Lady who works there scanned my documents twice but she couldn’t get it right, you can even see her fingers in the scanned copies and then she tell me “this is the best I can do” like really?I’ve had so many docs scanned, nothing looks that bad,Instead of telling me to scan it on my phone she should learn how to use her scanner.She gave my money back but scanner is easiest machine you can operate, she didn’t wanna do it because she was too lazy to try again and get it right.Wasted my time, never coming back here.And another ups store did a great job.

I recommend this UPS store very much. I dealt with Donna who very professionally accommodated me. She was not only very efficient and helpful but also helped me finish a time sensitive job very successfully. She cares for clients and deserves my business!

I do not like coming here. I only came here because my return label was for UPS or else I would never choose this place. Don’t like the service or their attitudes.
