So they will charge you for any dishes you leave dirty even if it’s just a plate and fork… or any thing in general an extra 20$, also they just put the room back without cleaning anything!!!! Check your dishes and bedsheets before use. the room service is incredibly lazy if they do exist at all.

I stuck on the highway with a major accident. While on the phone with the receptionist asking for availability and another driver sharing info on accident update the receptionist hangs up. I immediately call back and apologize about the other voice and he just hangs up again. I'm going though the hotel list and this individual is constantly hanging. #TravelodgebyWyndam can you train your staff to better minimum standard? Terrible terrible service.

Advertise kitchenettes but none available even though the hotel is empty

Do not listen to any reveiw past 3 stars these reviews are blind or biased this hotel was garbage. I was in 206 and had bed itch. for my partner it was so bad she cried to sleep a couple nights. The water was brown and even after running it for 15 minutes was noticeably yellow. Absolutely unhappy. Ended up staying at family's house because I couldn't sacrifice any more sleep. Outlets didn't work outside so my old deisle had issues starting in the cold because I couldn't plug it in.

We spent 2 nights here, ice machine was broken manager said he could not buy parts for it. The baseboard heater in bathroom did not work and it was in Dec. When it was very cold. The hot water was barely warm you were lucky to get 5 mini of hot water for a shower. The thermostat for the main room was either on full blast or nothing at all. When this was all brought up too the Manager be basically said, Well that's life"

Not the fanciest place, but the rooms were clean, there was a nice bagged breakfast and the beds were comfortable.

WARNING BEDBUGSMy coworker and I were booked for two nights at this hotel. We got settled a little after 10:30pm and begin to wind down when I noticed a bug crawl a cross the the pillowcase, and immediately I'm concerned. I flip over the bedding and check the sheets and mattress and it's crawling with bedbugs (if I could post pictures I would) We clean up our stuff and went to the front desk and told the man working the counter about our situation, and instead of offering to change the room or even apologizing he immediately tells us he'll refund our room and to leave. So completely bewildered by his response, we do. We were sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out where to go. It was getting close to 11:15pm at this point as we looked online for other hotels, we were sitting there with the doors open when a man and a woman approached our vehicle telling us since we have cancelled our reservation we must leave to property at once. I began to try and explain that we were looking for another hotel to book when the woman muttered something to the man then all of a sudden he began shouting that we had to leave the property immediately and began shouting at us to go.. so we closed the door and got out of there... One of the most bizarre hotel experience of my life.Do not recommend. Will never go back.

Dirty. Aged. Loud. Right on main throughway and no sound proofing. We didn't sleep the one night we were there. Would rather drive through the night next time. The umbrella company doesn't mean it's a good place to stay.

Very out dated everything looked like it was from the 1900s clearly not cleaned well house keeping didn’t do a nice job curtains had a yellow stain on them obviously not washed once bed is very hard and doesn’t seem like has been replaced once since they’ve opened manager called saying we were loud and disturbing other customers that were saying here when we were only watching tv and minding our business said if we continued to be disrespectful cops would be called and ask us to leave a couple of family members have stayed here before and every time they always calling saying that if there’s gonna be more then the amount of people in the room they would have to leave immediately manager is disrespectful don’t recommend not even worth it if there’s no where else to stay go to pg or Williams lake definitely worth going somewhere else then here
