OPUS Homes is an incredible builder who exceeded our expectations! My wife and I bought our first home with OPUS in early 2020 and have had an excellent experience.Our friends and families had poor experiences with other builders and so my wife and I were extremely cautious and picky with whom we decided to purchase a home from. After doing thorough research and reading reviews, we decided to go with OPUS and have never once regretted it.During the entire process, we were consistently communicated with updates and felt confident that our home was being built with great care. The entire OPUS team is kind, caring and an extreme pleasure to work with (a big shoutout especially to Andrea, Laura, Michelle and Anthony). They were all so patient in answering all our many questions. Andrea was especially helpful during the pandemic and accommodated us wherever she could – something that not many builders would have done.Overall we had an amazing & positive experience with OPUS homes and are looking forward to buying another home from them in the future!

OPUS Homes is one of the best, if not the best, builders period. We bought our home with OPUS in 2021 and our closing is approaching in couple of weeks.The 1-on-1 attention, coaching, guidance, support and help they provide is top notch. They even accommodated our request for a specific lot before public release and gave us hints to get more Décor credits (preapproval, referral etc...)Quality of homes is great. We actually did a lot of digging before approaching them. Even went to couple of homes they built in their previous phases. The homeowners were kind enough.They did not delay unless they absolutely had to (lack of materials, COVID, construction strikes etc...). Even then, we were notified well in advance.Their recommendation for mortgage person was absolute perfect. We got the rate that was not possible otherwise.Keeping it honest, there were some hiccups along the way, but nothing major or concerning. We weren't sure they will be as good as other and although there is room for improvement, I am more than pleased that we bought from OPUS.They are not as big as Mattamy or Minto or such, but certainly has the appetite, skills, experience and ability to become as big.We definitely recommend them to other.We would definitely buy from them again in future.Who knows, with my wife being in similar field, OPUS could become a partner or competitor ;).Keep rockin OPUS :)

Opus is name of highest quality of construction, Very Modern in terms of design/Features and quality of material they used. Being a realtor and past experience of construction, certainly would give 10/10. Right from the beginning till the possession , procedure was smooth and very professional. Ground staff is very professional, site manager Mr Giovani and Client Care Manager is Mr Alex both are very professional and soft spoken. Communication with top officials to ground staff is promptly answer if any queries. Mary, (design Centre Co-Ordinator) would help you to select right color and design with her skills, what you could have not imagined.Principal Director Andrea is just awesome when it comes to communication. She made it possible for me and for my family, our dream house turns into reality. I would 100 percent recommend to my family/ friends and my clients.Best of luck to Opus for coming project in future.

Being a first time home buyer, I truly did not know what to expect and was truly nervous as to process of home buying. Danielle of the Sales Team made our first experience truly a great one! Although Danielle was our primary representative, Phil and Andrea still checked in with us to make sure that we were ok. They truly work as one team. Danielle was able to answer my questions. She also made filling out the paperwork very simplistic and organized. The other team members also led a helping hand in helping us select our bricks. The email communications also helped to guide us along on next steps and ensure that all of our signatures were completed. I look forward to the next stages of this process. We move to our home in November. After a month opus team came to fix things, I must say opus have a wonderful construction team. Anthony came here for 3 days. He is so punctual, organized, hardworking. We all were so impressed and happy with his work.

We are so thrilled to have chosen our first home with Opus. Not only was the Opus team professional, patient and knowledgeable, but they were all caring, genuine and extremely helpful. The process thus far has been exceptionally organized and the communication is clear, concise and seamless. We cannot wait to see our finished product!
