PLASP Early Learning and Child Care Centre - John Fraser

We were incredibly anxious sending not only our first child (3 years old), but that too after all the pandemic lockdowns and social distancing. However, the moment we arrived everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Our daughter felt safe and comfortable going to the staff and we couldn’t be happier seeing her being so well taken care of (especially during her meltdowns lol) thank you !!

It goes without saying that Plasp has an excellent reputation but this centre needs to be commended! Although they are a larger facility you never feel like your child is lost in the shuffle. ALL the staff there really take a personal interest in getting to know your child so they are greeted by name and with big smiles from the moment they walk in. My little girl needed preschool for cognitive concerns along with eating quirks and all her teachers were encouraging, helpful and most of all patient. My daughter who is super shy felt comfortable there very quickly and I always was grateful for all the hugs and reassurances she got on her off days. Amanda is one of a kind and because she worked closest with my girl I am forever indebted to her for my daughter’s evolvement. Melanie, Liliana, Jenny, Helen, Elaine and Kathy were all instrumental. Sabrina in the infant room and Tanya, Magda and Natalie in the toddler room are terrific! Regardless of which age group your child will be in, they are in good hands. Everyone feels like family there very quickly. And also a special mention to Marybelle, the nutritionist, not only for cooking like she would for her own kids, but for customizing some meals for my little one who had struggles with food. Thanks you John Fraser Plasp team for making it a second home for my family and for all your help every step of the way. If I could give more stars I would. :)
