Great customer service and product selection. Skilled driver lifted all materials off the truck and precisely held them exactly where we needed to unload them all on the roof. That saved us hours of tough carrying up the ladder. Ava was great helping with product selection, revising the order to fine-tune the details and follow-up customer service. Overall great experience. Highly recommend Roofmart Surrey location.

Service was great! I know next to nothing about roofing and the guy was able to get me what I needed based on rudimentary descriptions. I'll go back if I need anything more for sure!

Roofmart, your handy walk in roofing store. Most other roofing stores you never get to walk in and pick what you want so this makes things easier instead of waiting for people to bring you, your material from the warehouse. Usually more stocked than what's available right now, as every other roofing store.

Completely incompetent staff. Apparently the sales staff don't have the authority to sell products. I'd save your time and look elsewhere.

I visited Convoy Supplies prior to visiting Roofmart and the difference in experience was mind blowing. Roofmart is professional, and their staff are very experienced. In particular Joshua was an amazing . He was friendly, knowledgeable and understood all of my concerns. He offered me excellent pricing and made a considerable effort to fulfill my needs. The entire process was very smooth and I'm very thankful for Joshua for all his help and patience.

I've come to this location a couple of times, and every time I do it's okay. This last time, however, was impeccable! I am so grateful for how helpful, patient and full of information Josh was.Will definitely be recommending Roofmart to friends.
