ABC Communications

We have had service by abc for approximately 5 yrs. or more. When the service is good. It truly is good. But , quite often every 3 months or so it seems we have to call and complain about slow internet. Then they want us to hook up our computer to the box and do speed tests. Then they say it’s Possibly the router,or something else I don’t even understand (wrong frequency) or something. Honestly,if we could have Telus internet. WE WOULD!!! To much of my time has been spent complaining and waiting for a technician to come out and see what’s going on with our internet. I’m sick of it. A lot of the time it says. Cannot load page. My wife was having a Tupperware party and the lady couldn’t even process orders. She could not believe how pittafull our internet was. Today I’m trying to google Costco and can’t even get online. Happy Sunday. Maybe it’ll work tomorrow. Pffft. Piece of cr?p service. I realize technology isn’t always perfect. But this company has way to many flaws in there system.

horrible internet service, terrible customer service. I would not ever use them again

Have internet threw them for 3 yrs ( not by choice) just called cuz I've been waiting for a tec for a month in a half called yesterday tickets was never put in!! I pay for 50 mbps speed internet I can't get I've 8.3 mbps called again today Kara said they can't garrentee speeds then why am I paying for 50 mbps speed at top teir package !!! Complete scam !!Pay for 50 mbps speed get 8.7 mbps been like this for over a year and they won't even give me a $20 discount on my $165 bill !!
