Is it hard to have more than two registers open on a sunday night when it's clearly busy? There's four people hanging around the customer service desk and another two hovering around the do it yourself checkouts whilst one of your two cashiers is busy for over five minutes just checking a customer out. Also incredible how you can be completely sold out of simple things on a regular basis.Just ended up walking out tonight, how hard is it to ring through my three items in under ten minutes?

My wife and I shopped at Walmart Napanee last week. We bought about $30 worth of items, checked out at self serve and were challenged by the door greeter, Cindi, as we left the building accusing us of theft. I had to wait for my wife for a few minutes as she had the bill. Cindi compared the bill against the items and went away with no explanation or apology. We were unjustly detained and received no apology. Also, both the Men and Women bathroom were not clean. reeking of urine, very bad smell. We will never go in the Napanee Walmart ever again. Unforgettable , unpleasant shopplng experience!!!

I bought a Schumacher Compact Battery Booster Pack from your Store 3 years ago had the opportunity to use it for the 1st time to jumpstart a dead battery on a V8 Engine Ford Mustang at the Kingston Wednesday Night Cruise 59 Bath Road got the Ford Mustang started up without difficulty. Didn't think this booster pack would have enough power to jump start a V8 Engined Vehicle. I always carry this booster pack with me at all times on the Motorcycle.

I still prefer this Walmart over the one in Kingston, we literally drive here just to avoid the one in Kingston. This store is very clean, the floors are clean and not stained or dirty, the washrooms are clean, the new renovations they had awhile ago look amazing, the large signs make it easier to find what you're looking for, majority of the aisles are decently sized. Shelves are well organized. Oh and the staff are very friendly and usually very helpful here!

Went for cat food but the shelf was bare . Will try the online store . Did find a few items we needed so wasn't a complete waste of time. The cashier was pleasant and very helpful at the self checkout . Thank you.
