Stay away from this place. The lady sitting there behave like, she don’t like anybody to come in. Very bad and unprofessional.

The lady in here has no manners to talk very very unprofessional and I will never come back again

New joined young lady doesn't know how to talk to customers, please train staff on customer service skills.

I called this photo studio to get photos taken for Indian OCI application. She told me $18 for photo and $25 to email a digital copy and I have 2 kids she said it will be $43 for each child when I said it is very expensive she said that is what they charge here what a rip off you are sitting in the plaza where Canadian passport office is and BLS office is and you are ripping people out stay away people

What's with the pricing...45 for 2 passport size pics...strategically located in the plaza with service ontario, indian Passport visa services...to take advantage of common folks. Do yourself a favor be better prepared.

BLS refused their Pic, It was for Passport Surrender, Clearly mentioned twice when they were taking Pic. They don't care about requirements, Hair shouldn't be at the front. They refused the refund very rudely and had to waste money & time twice. Save yourself to get it done on spot at BLS quick & cheap or somewhere else.

Very quick and easy to get passport pictures right beside the passport office. We were met with kindness and very polite staff. Took 2 pictures for my kids applications and they were accepted without an issue. Thanks Guys!

I needed a passport photo for my renewal , man on the counter taken my pic and to my surprise when I went for the passport renewal they rejected the photo cuz my one shoulder was not visible in the photo , I paid and they have taken my pics ,When I again visited to the studio and he refuse to take any responsibility or refund , digested my money for the mistake he did , rather he told me that passport people are making money by rejecting photo , and the photo I showed him that my one shoulder is cut off while taking the photographsDon’t visit cuz if u stuck in some issues with the photo this studio will not take any responsibilityIn my view they don’t have any knowledge and irresponsible people ,They ask you to do redo the pics and 99% of the people will not redo and they are making money .Such a futile company without any Knowledge

Terrible pictures, BLS rejected their pictures and we had to get them retaken elsewhere. When we went back for a refund, they refused. Don't trust this inexperienced company!
