I used Mr Pipes on numerous and a variety of plumbing jobs. Friendly and very good work.

This is the second time I have used Mr. Pipes and I have zero complaints.I needed a new sandpoint this year and Jason went above and beyond to ensure I would have water back ASAP.

Great company. They responded really quick and the service was great. I’d definitely hire them again.

I paid $270 upfront for this company to come to my house to inspect a sewer smell and correct the issue. The technician showed up in a car (his personal vehicle I assume) and told me he had to go get tools to auger out my downstairs toilet. He was only in my house for about 40-45 minutes. I was surprised that he did not arrive in a proper work van in the first place. They then wanted me to pay an additional $470 to come complete the job. I told them to come put my toilet back on and that I wouldn't be using them, so I basically paid $270 to have someone come and remove and reinstall my toilet. They were not able to break down and explain why it was going to cost me $740 to auger out my toilet. I think there was a lack of professionalism on more than one level.

They do great work but if you took the day off for a booked appointment be prepared for a possible call for a rebooking due to running behind or a later arrival. Paying for a quote up front before any work is done was a new experience for me which I doubt I'll do again.

Needed a little help, and they were fast and honest. Good job by the plumber AND the lady who booked my appointment. Very friendly.

I had same experience as the reviews I have read. They will charge you hundreds of dollars for showing up and saying they can’t do the job. Than they will try to wreck your credit when you don’t pay. I wasn’t advised about any fees for coming out to look at my water system so I refused to pay. Now I have a central credit controls LTD calling me numerous times to collect. Think twice before dealing with this company. My review is definitely not fake. I got central credit control calling me no stop.

Be wary of the minimum call out charge of 200$. this applies even if they have no clue whats wrong and cant diagnose the issue. I had a frozen pipe at one of my rentals that needed to be fixed, they came over told me to put heat on it and left in 10 minutes and charged me 200$ (i called them to fix a frozen pipe). then had to call another plumber to come in, locate the frozen section and fix it. Will never be using these guys again.- called to have a frozen pipe fixed and was notified they could fix. diagnosed that the pipe was frozen and heat would fix it. follow up plumber determined the frozen section was bellow the slab due to the water being shutoff by the tenant (we are on sudburys run water advisory and have notified tenants to run water but it gets missed, heres the forethought). follow up plumber steamed the pipe free. if i would have followed the diagnosis from mr.pipes i would still have a frozen pipe and no water to the whole house. no follow up call as i assumed there would be no charge for 10 minutes of work and no diagnosis that i did not already know.

Incompetent. Will bring an apprentice and charge you, the customer. Will offer no solutions and send you an invoice expecting to be paid. Will take you to collections. Will lose. Huge waste of time. Deal with anyone else in Sudbury. Replying: were you there?Your technician found water in a line and couldn’t solve the problem. A pilot and a teacher figured it out. One source confirmed and connected. You think your company deserves $800 to hook up one gas line and tell me another line can’t be fixed? Not in this world buddy. Central credit can fly a kite and so can your company. You didn’t even submit the correct amount to collections. Hence why you lost.
