Stood waiting for over 10 minutes for a couple of coffeesWe watched as about 10 employees gathered to have a conversationWe heard laughter and a see ya later.An employee was ending her shift.As she's walks out with HER coffeeWe wondered about oursSo we inquired. We asked about our coffees and the girl behind the counter very rudely with an eyeroll asked us our order numberWe gave it to herAnd guess what our coffees had been sitting there all along. For 10 minutes!!!Horrible service, just horrible.Also every service table and every door was just filthy finger prints everywhereI'm sure u can do betterWe are not from Peterborough.

Never have I ever been to a worse McDonald's. The service is HORRIBLE. everytime I have gone through the drive thru I've been parked and the people are RUDE. Thinking I'm being parked for fresh food, only to be given stale cold fries. You practically have to beg them for a receipt in the bag, napkins and sauces. They now charge 30 cents for a pack of mayo and yet still seem to forget it in the bag. My husband stopped there last night and ordered 2 nuggest combo's, when he arrived home there was 1 sauce in the bag. The reason people go through the drive thru is because they are in a hurry. The staff desperately need training in customer service and there really is no reason they should be screwing up as many orders as they do. Absolutely flabbergasted by the service and lack of care for customers.

Smaller then before the Renos, and more disorganized. Took away the refill station and won't do drink refills at the counter, said this was the new store policy. The young employee actually told me they never gave out refills people just took them. Which I told him every McDonald's I've been to in my lifetime had free refills.Plus I ordered two cones and because I didn't order them on the app it was double the price.I'm not coming back to this one again. So many better options with better service.

We went to McDonald’s around 7:44 on joue 4th 2023. We ordered a Big Mac meal NO pickles ( spouse is allergic) and a cheese burger add mayo and 6 nuggets. Our Big Mac had pickles on it and mayo and our cheese burger was regular which is not what we asked for. The nuggets were beyond stale, almost like a hockey puck. To add it came to 23 dollars and I gave the women at first window 30 and then realized I had 3 dollars and asked to take back the 10 and give her the 3 and she said no. She said she can’t hold up the line as needs to get everyone through fast. At this time there was no cars in front of me and only 3 behind. If you are rushing through to get everyone threw i expect to get what I paid for. I appreciate fast service but u even had to get pulled to the front so if I’m having to wait already why couldn’t my food be made to fresh and properly. I would have came but but already home and was not going to go back to be rushed again

Paying minimum wage results in minimum effort. This is the result. This is what McDonalds calls a PLAIN McDouble these days. notice the sheen of ketchup all OVER it...and what are those green things....and why is the meat pink?MINIMUM WAGE EQUALS MINIMUM EFFORT

I'm convinced that management at this location is the cause of its failures. I have experienced 5 of the last 8 orders being either partially or entirely incorrect. These include receiving entirely wrong items and also incorrectly prepared items. Staff clearly do not have adequate training to be serving food for the McDonald's brand. Their burgers have no consistency and use different condiments and arrangements of the toppings and ingredients every time. McDonalds is a popular, reputable restaurant everywhere in the world and Peterborough is a fairly large city with no shortage of workers. This level of disorganization needs to be addressed at the top and someone needs to be accountable. Our complaints are not being addressed and frankly I'm tired of complaining. One word - disorganization.

There was a bug in my bun!! They remade the sandwich but my appetite was already ruined. This place was fine before the Reno but now it is terrible. Huge wait times, terrible seating options, and buggy food. The tables were all dirty. If they’re still this bad after the Reno they’re not gonna get any better.

I must say this redesign is only catered more to skip the dishes. You somehow made the restaurant feel smaller, colder and less personable with lack customer service feel. You took away the big tables by the play centre where the family’s sit and replaced with tables with only 2 seating spots each. Kids disappointed to see no refill station. North end will be our go to now unfortunately.

No refills at this location. No self serve nor will the staff get you a refill. Go to another one, the one on Chemong Rd has a better climber for kids anyway.

Advertised at the location and online that they are open 24 hours... I think management fails to understand what that means.. I roll up.. I get food.. remove the advertisement at this location.. I believe a class action lawsuit is in need against the Canadian section of this franchise for false advertisement.. buy A&W
