The place was pretty decent and good but I didn't like customer service. The one who was doing my hair was impatience and didn't listen to what I said and just ruin my hair. Won't be going back there again.

Got my hair cut here yesterday. The lady who cut my hair was lovely and shared common interests so we had lots to talk about. She removed a lot of damaged hair cause it was my first cut since before COVID.. however, she cut my hair waaaayyy shorter than I had asked for and I now look like I have a mullet. Thankfully it’s just hair and it will grow back, but I still would have liked the length I asked for or at least somewhere in between the length I wanted and the length that it is.

I've been coming to see Amanda for the past year or so, and every time I go, she does an awesome job. She's super friendly and always gives great recommendations. This location is further than several others I use to visit, but knowing I'll get a haircut that makes me feel amazing is worth the extra travel. Friendly service, helpful & experienced staff. Checked in online & the wait was very minimal. I'll definitely be back.

Terrible experience. My only ask was to clean up the sides. The lady who worked on my hair did her own thing. I'm extremely disappointed with the cut as she trimmed too much from my back side (made it look ugly) without asking me. Never going back to this place again.

Even one start is over rated for this place, yesterday I went to chop my hair short. Unfortunately, the old lady was there she chopped my hair unprofessionally, she didn’t even do it perfectly. She took 10 minutes to do whole process. I recommend you guys not to take risk with you hair.

Not a huge fan, I’ve been here a few times and haven’t gotten a solid haircut yet! First Choice, Great Clips, and Sport Clips live by the motto of getting cuts done FAST - meaning that you’re in and out in 15 minutes, usually with a subpar cut.

To start.... the place is great and the staff are friendly,However....The one who cuts my hair seems to be rushing through appointments to accommodate more customers, which is compromising the quality of their service. Or maybe they require more experience and training to improve their skills??It seems that they prioritize quantity over quality, resulting in incomplete cuts that require additional work on my part to achieve the desired result.

The old lady gave me hair cut today oh my god i told her to give me long layers and she gave me shoulder hair s ! Omg worst experience ever. Never going back there dont trust them at all.i had waist hair length she made it shoulder length and i didnt eve tell her to do that . When i told her she did this to my hair she was like i did it wht you told me to lets not creat a scene here. Excuse me ! Am i really making a scene?! Ask yourself lady. Its a straight no no to go there. She ruined my hair in real. Thanks for nothing.
