We replaced our kitchen counters, island and backsplashes and wanted to use the services of a direct importer/factory as opposed to a storefront order placer who simply takes a markupAware that most of the leaders of the industry are out East, it was a bit more challenging to find a marble/granite/quartz factory out West. (And I did not want to deal out East).We came across Comptoir St-Denis and were not disappointed.The order placement took a bit longer than we had anticipated although the end result was worth the wait. Great job with the installers as well.

She personally guided us through every step in the process: from our selecting our slab and customizing the cuts to our taste, to the timely, excellent installation. When it comes to exceptional customer care Elisa is a rare gem in this day and age. Thanks to Elisa and her talented team we now have a beautiful granite countertop gracing the heart of our home. Je suis satisfait du comptoir choisi et du travail de pose, mais la communication avec eux est vraiment ordinaire. J’ai acheté un évier et un robinet Bristol (leur partenaire) et ils se sont trompés dans la commande de l’évier, alors j’ai dû retarder les travaux de plomberie post installation. Aussi, une heure après avoir posé le robinet, une pièce s’est brisée et depuis, impossible d’avoir un retour de comptoir st-denis pour que quelqu’un vienne le remplacer. Donc, je vais devoir assumer les frais de plombier en double, alors que la main d’œuvre est couverte par la garantie légale. C’est lorsqu’il y a des soucis avec ce qu’on commande que l’on voit si une compagnie est fiable ou non.

We had quartz counter tops installed in our kitchen in 2015 & this year we had a quartz countertop installed on our bathroom vanity. Fantastic! Beautiful! What a difference it makes. We are extremely happy with the product & the installation. Attention was paid to every detail, no matter how small. The design in the quartz countertop was matched perfectly to the design in the backsplash! Thank you to the whole team. We will definitely recommend Comptoir St. Denis to everybody!

The sales rep I was dealing with was so incredibly rude, we decided to change suppliers despite being advanced in the process with St-Denis. He treated our requests as if we were little kids wasting his time. Not only will I never work with Comptoir St-Denis, but I will happily encourage all of my friends and acquaintances to stay as far away from them as possible.

Lame service. Slow quotes, crappy prices, horrible showroom experience. Ended up buying in Kirkland where the service was quick and prices were better

Prises de mesures une semaine en retard, installation des comptoirs 4 semaines en retard. Jamais de retour d'appels. De plus l'installation a été faite en deux visites car soi-disant l'évier que j'avais commandé est arrivé brisé ! Obligé de courir après les informations. Jamais d'excuses pour les retards. Très frustrant par moments car les retards signifient que l'on doive reporter le plombier, les installateurs de céramique, et toute la chaîne d'ouvriers, donc beaucoup de temps perdu au téléphone.Par contre le produit est d'excellente qualité et l'installation parfaite.Il faut être patient !!!
