10/10 for Paul and the entire team at Craftsman Collision! Thank you for taking good care of my Dodge Charger. Service was on time and efficient, they arranged a courtesy car that was ready for me upon drop-off. I was worried to take my car to any body-shop after being in a minor accident. After reading reviews, I decided to go with Craftsman Collision. I absolutely do no regret the decision. 5/5 STARS. Thank you again!!!

I went to this Body shop because it had amazing google reviews. Got beyond 5 Star service from Cody A and Paul Kawaguchi. These guys are polite and professional. Got my car back in expected time, they did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this body shop !

My F350 was pretty battered up, but the folks at Craftsman made it even better than it was before my crash! Amazing job and unbelievable customer service. They are a busy shop and I had to wait few weeks to get my truck in but it was well worth the wait! Shout out to Paul and the crew!

Had my vehicle taken in after I had an insurance claim with ICBC. Paul was a joy to deal with and made everything easy on my end, getting a ride to the rental place and they even gave my car a nice wash when I came to pick it up. Overall great service, would visit again if I need body work done.

Repair looks perfect...even tho there were some hiccups getting parts..they did what they could to rectify things and ensure I had my vehicle and specialention to Cody whom did a great job throughout the process communicating and super courteous tthroughout..nice they keep u up to date with text updates so u know what's going on

My car was in and out of their shop in less than 48 hours. This was for a paint job. When I picked up my car, I found they had also cleaned the interior -- vacuumed and dusted. Impeccable service and work.

Wow. I had an amazing experience here. I had rear bumper damage and some side panel damage. Paul was able to get me in and out quickly as I was leaving town. Phenomenal customer service all the way through and the guys are super nice. I picked them because they were close to my house, and I will recommend to everyone I know. My car looks brand new again, inside and out. Thanks so much again for the quick turn around
