I am taking this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the parts and service department staff at the Plomberie Outaouais for their help in helping me sorting out a water leak issue with my bathtub faucet. After numerous trips to local hardware stores in an attempt to repair a nagging water leak issue, I was able to get in no time two custom adapters built in your shop and expert advice on how to install them. The adapters fitted perfectly and as expected the faucet is no longer leaking. Thank you again for your expert help.

WOULDNT WISH THIS COMPANY ON MY WORST ENEMYunreachable for months via telephone, voicemail, and email.in a new build my wife and I chased them literally for months trying to pick our sinks and faucets for our new home. Went to the store several times all the way in Gatineau and still unable to make our selections. They installed sinks in our home that we didn't choose said they would fix it after the holidays and let us make our choices then backed out. I emailed the owner after they sent us a $10 000 quote to fix there mistakes. Not even so much as a I'm sorry for the inconvenience" instead told me he'd only deal with my builder. ummm shouldn't I be able to pick what goes into the home I'm paying for?"

Nobody wants to help, I waited 15 min in the lobby nobody cares, don't even greet you. VERY BAD customer service. Owner need to check his team after so many bad reviews about customer service. Anyway for us there is other stores. I just walked out I will rather spend my money somewhere else.

I've been looking around online to see the different companies out there to supply my house with fixtures. Looking at all these terrible reviews I definitely will not be looking any further into this botched company.

I went twice thinking the first time had to be bad timing, but the service is just so bad I give up. You will find three or more people sitting behind a desk, unwilling to look up from their computer. If you ask for help, be prepared to stand around idly while one of them decides if they want to get up. If you speak English or anything but fluent french you are just out of luck. Go somewhere else! This store is NOT going to help you.

My experience with Natacha has been amazing, she is so responsive and so fast with getting me all the information I need. I would highly recommend having her help you fix up all fixtures. Thank you so much Natacha for helping me and being patient with me as well! 5 star service.

Very expensive but great service

I wanted a walk in bath, they had one, wouldn't sell it., kept telling me the faults using one.. I went elsewhere
