The receptionists are awesome and the nurses are very supportive. My Dr. Has very great bedside manners and that’s what one need when not well. I would not hesitate to recommend this location. Carla

Dr. Kathryn Francis Powell I wouldn't recommend her to anyone having never been to a pain clinic before and not knowing what to expect I should have listened to my family doctor who told me that her other patients did not recommend this clinic.To administer pain medication standing up in a hot room I felt like a piece of meat I wouldn't treat an animal this way.  I almost fainted.  I can tolerate pain to say it was painful was an understatement it was so painful and no relief likely because she didn't know what she was doing I felt extreme pain afterwards for days worse than when I went to see her.  I had to ice the area for days with no relief whatsoever and I could barely walk.I had nothing to compare her to and after the 2nd set of shots the third time I went she saw swelling likely because of her technique and lucky for me couldn't administer the third set of shots but I am sure she was able to bill OHIP for a consultation" that's when I decided to no longer return to the clinic.The area where she administered the injections was extremely tender and painful for weeks afterwards I could feel exactly where she had administered every shot.I asked her a question and she was rushing me out talking to me in the hall absolutely ridiculous because she was in a rush to fit everyone in before her vacation.You have to be your own advocate for your health fingers crossed I have now found a clinic Centenary Pain Clinic that actually took the time to answer my questions and didn't treat me like a piece of meat.Her nurse was lovely she should find work somewhere else she was bullying her when she was treating me which was absolutely ridiculous."

I have a been attending this clinic for more than 8 years and I am pleased with the results of the treatment I have been receiving. Doctor Francis-Powell has been excellent in communication and she educates me throughout my treatments . The nurses are exceptional, kind and caring.My only concern is that today I arrived for my appointment and the door was w. I knocked and called the phone number multiple times, it was only when the nurse called to see where I was that I was able to get access to the clinic..

Very professional yet very friendly staff and doctor(s). Doctor explains procedure as she goes through the treatment and ensures you're ok throughout procedure and recovery. Any past needs for appointments have been managed affective.

Today was my third visit here. The front desk staff Letitia and Melissa are always really nice and patient.Nurse Galina is very kind, funny and cool. She takes the time to explain the process which help lessen my anxiousness. I really appreciate Dr.James’s attitude and energy.When I feel frustrated and helpless,Dr.James reassures me in such a kind and humbling way. He is gentle, efficient and swift. Overall, my experience has been a positive one so far.The space is clean and well lit.

Pleasant, courteous, friendly and kind front desk staff! Always waiting to help and accomadate when needed Not forgetting all the nurses! Keep up the great job! Last but not least, Dr. Malik thank you for being there. Without you, life is not possible!

My Doctor Bavin Patel is the best. Dr. Patel is very caring and patient, accommodates my changing schedules without any issue. The nurses and receptionists are very courteous and always ready to accommodate my timelines and changes to appointments due to my work hours. I would not want to go anywhere else.

I've been coming to see Dr. MalickFor some time.For assistance to manage my pain.While it's true ones pain is not another a level, seeking help and went through many other Dr.s, Clinics, and yes meds. with no such relief as here. I am not free of pain but l am managing it to the best degree of success.The staff, and nurses are well versed with such patients seekingRelife. So 5 stars ⭐ to all.
