Had Sierra as our instructor today! She was absolutely amazing! The day flew by. She made a sincere effort to connect with her students and keep the atmosphere welcome and open! I had Adam as my BLS course’s instructor today and he was absolutely amazing, friendly and funny. It was the first time for me to take a course on first aid, and I felt very nervous at first, because I knew almost nothing about this course. But I met a good teacher, Adam, who not only relieved my tension but also taught me a lot of useful knowledge. Highly recommended him!

Just finished my Occupational First Aid Level 2 course. Our instructor Nikki was amazing. Her methods are great, she is providing many real-life examples, that makes it easy to remember instructions. Plus, it is fun, and not boring. We had a lot of practice, and I am a 100% confident that I’ll be able to provide first aid to someone if needed after the course.

I took a Standard First Aid C course with Brandy this week and she was fantastic. She had an incredible amount of first aid knowledge and went above and beyond to provide our class with the knowledge and skills to really help others in a crisis. She is so genuinely passionate about first aid and taught the material in a way that was supportive and easy to learn. She really knows her stuff!

Absolutely phenomenal class!Our instructor Zoe was extremely nice, informative, and had a relaxed style of teaching that not only made it easy to learn but also reduced any stress!People often complain about having to take first aid, but Zoe at Alert First-aid made the experience enjoyable, could not recommend more!

Took Food Safe level 1 today. Samah did a great job highlighting what to focus on and really pay attention too. I enjoyed the combination of videos, examples, exercises, and having a manual to annotate. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Brandi was my instructor and she was amazing. Made the class a lot of fun with her humour. Was very reassuring and supplied a lot of good information not only medically but mentally as well. Loved her.

My standard first aid instructor was Zoë!!! She was awesome and very engaged with the course material! She new her stuff and shared her personal experiences and knowledge which made the class more entertaining and enjoyable! Rylee was an amazing first aid instructor! She kept the course super informative and engaging while also being super funny and easy to talk to. I feel much more secure in my first aid abilities and am sure everyone else who took the course along with me does as well. Rylee was so great!
