The best massage ever in Toronto. So worth it. And the massager is so nice and friendly.

They don’t tell you until after the fact that they have different prices if you want to use your insurance. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. Will not return. Very aggressive technique and did not feel comfortable during the massage.

I have been to many different places for regular massages and RMT massages. This was the worst place I have been yet. The room seemed dirty and unsanitary, there were loose hairs on the massage bed. The RMT was extremely aggressive, did not listen when I told him to go softer, he continued hurting me. Extremely unpleasant experience. Went beyond the “necessary pain” in an RMT massage. I also felt extremely uncomfortable with how far the male RMT kept pulling my underwear down. I kept having to pull it up. Before I even had the massage, the receptionist asked me to pay and how much I wanted to tip. I said I would pay after. After the treatment I was asked AGAIN how much I wanted to tip. You don’t tip healthcare practitioners. Only AFTER I paid did the receptionist tell me they don’t email the receipt for insurance for another 1-2 weeks. EVERY treatment I have ever received provides the receipt for insurance immediately on the spot. I had to fight with her to have it emailed the next day. Receptionist also incorrectly charged me a higher amount and I had to call back and have her etransfer me the difference. All around horrible experience. Bad business.

Worst massage experience ever. The receptionist kept asking me to tip at least $5 for the 45-minutes massage service. She said I need to tip them because their employees are underpaid.

100% worth a visit.My girlfriend and I went and had a massage together and let me tell you... My masseur got every knot I had in my back, arms, legs, shoulder!? I felt like a whole new person! Don't even think twice, call, book, go. You'll thank me later!

If you have insurance, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I called ahead of time to confirm if they accept insurance coverage. They said yes, that's why I had booked. Before going in for the session, they try to sell you on a package of 5 sessions. After receiving the treatment and ask you to pay, they tell you they do not accept insurance. When I told them that I called just an hour ago to confirm it, then all of a sudden they say they accept insurance. But they only accept insurance ONLY if you purchase the package. I told them I will not buy the package. Then they said they have to email you the invoice. They could not give me the invoice right away. When they called me to confirm the details for the invoice, then they tell me their license with Sunlife is suspended and I will not be covered with insurance. They will LIE to you to get you in just so they can try to sell you on their package. And I ended paying for a massage I could had covered 100% by my insurance company. They are a FRAUD.

Lisa, the massage did an excellent job with my massage therapy and foot message. Lisa was very professional, welcoming, communicated well, kind, and did things right. Massage was good. Only there were few people chit chatting and laughing at the reception loudly which their laughs were very annoying; otherwise, it could be a good experience!

Zero star. Do not go to this place. Went here a week ago and my left sided upper back bone has been swollen after the massage. The lady who did it seem to know some techniques but for sure she is not an expert. whatever place I went to a few massage place and this one is the worst. If this is your 1st experience, you may not know. But don’t risk your health because of all these “5 stars” reviews.At the end of the session, the receptionist just took the money without any change and said: “the rest are tips, right? Thanks” without consulting how much you would like to tip.No professional massage techniques, no customer service front desk, there are so many good places only $10 or $20 more expensive than this place but way better services.
