Vivian is by far the best sales women I have ever worked with. My partner and I went into charm looking for an engagement ring but beyond that had no idea what we were looking for. Vivian gave us the space to freely view all the rings in the store. Once we had a style chosen she was right there to answer questions, tell us the unique properties of each ring and to even show us the one we overlooked but ended up loving. She would go on to greet us by name each of the subsequent two days we came back into the store to see the ring again, just to be sure it was the one, with no pressure to buy at any time. This certainly beat the customer service at all of the other diamond stores. And as if this wasn’t enough, I just called her two months after purchasing the ring to ask about engravings and she not only knew mine and my partners name but also remembered the ring and was able to advise me on it over the phone. Cannot say enough. Thank you Vivian.
