Come early got here at 845 am still had to wait but not as long as yesterday was a 2 hour wait when we came late in the afternoon

So came in a few times seeking help always getting the same person at the front desk. Not getting enough information and guidance from the staff I would leave yesterday on the 8 of march. Another person was working the front desk and they gave me provincial employment department information and contact I called them right away. They said that service Canada should have connected you with us along time ago. I am just happy there aren't people judging me working at the government level

I was at 2599 Main Street last week. Very busy. Security guards were really friendly and welcoming. After a while the computers were down. The staff were very good about letting everyone know what was happening. Janice helped me as I didn't need a computer. She was lovely, Very patient and kind. 5 stars for Janice and rest of the the staff for dealing gracefully with so many people. Maureen Brannigan.

Absolutely would not recommend for passport renewals (or any service really). I was one of the first appointments of the day at 8:30 and was helped by an employee name Breanne who was absolutely horrible. She didn’t even acknowledge me until her phone was put away, had quite the attitude, and would consistently reply back in a snarky way.She told me my photo wouldn’t work (when she measured it against the sheet she had) and said I had to get a new photo. When I said the photo was taken at Walmart and their next passport appointment was until the end of the month, she rudely said to go get a new photo and come back. When I replied I work full time during the day and can’t do that, she had a lovely response of “Well that’s not my problem.” I decided to just go ahead with the photo I provided and take my chances, and my passport successfully arrived after 8 business days.I could go on and on about how awful of an experience it was, but other reviews (plus mine) should paint quite the picture. Again, I would never recommend going here for anything or being helped by Breanne.

A BIG thank you goes to the staff at this location. She is a team leader at this location and she did all she can to help me get some answers to my very complex problem Thank you Ms. V for all your assistance and your kindness yesterday. Am forever grateful for the help I received.

Joanne the front desk person is one of the rudest service people I've ever met. She is extremely condescending and belittling to anyone that spoke to her. She was treating us like were deserved scolding for just being there even though EI made huge mistakes on payments and we had proof. If you want your day ruined, talk to her. Please train Joanne how to have basic human interactions or fire her. She literally made everyone that walked in unreasonably miserable and/or frantic. It's beyond me why any employer would put someone like that at front desk.

Terrible customer service. Lady at the front was extremely condescending and rude towards me and the others before me. Her job is to help, yet you feel like any question you ask bothers her tremendously. She also told me my passport picture would not pass due to “stubble” on my chin and that I’d need a new one. I told her to put me through anyways, and guess what? My picture was fine.This is not the first time these issues have been reported in the reviews either. Service Canada, something has to change…..

Vicky the manager is very professional, accommodating and helpful. Jaymie efficiently processed our passport application as well. And i also commend the guy and lady guard there as well.

I legally changed my name and needed to update my sin and get a new passport. To make it worse I had lost my old passport.The staff was very easy to deal with, and even though the computer crashed, knowledgeable enough to finish up my requests.Nothing but nice things to say about the visit. The wait was my own fault for being a walk-in.Another location, where I did have an appointment, actually made me wait longer.I highly suggest two things when dealing with this office.First, book an appointment.Second, download and fill in any paperwork you will need. Google what you need.These two steps will save you time and a repeat visit.

Do NOT bring your passports here. The customer service of these employees are awful. Brought my passport photo here and the lady said they will reject my photo because of my ears not matching. I told her to put it through anyways and it was fine! She was awful!!Highly recommend you to go to Main passport office downtown to get your passport done.
