Jason is great. He took the time to help us with our purchase, set up delivery and we were in and out in no time. The delivery guys were also friendly and professional. Thanks everyone at Furniture Gallery, glad we could support locally.

We were looking to replace our old stove and went around to different places price shopping. We camein about ten minutes before closing just to look quickly and apologize for coming in so close to them closing. They were very polite and said no worries, what can we help you with today. We told the gentleman what we were looking for and took us to the back. They had a good selection on the floor, and he was very knowledgeable on the products they carried. A lot of the items were on sale and they said that they even priced matched. To make the story short, we found a stove at an excellent price and it was in stock. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. They have earned a loyal customer.

I want to thank Jason Gallant again for over the top customer care throughout our recent appliance purchase. It's service that sets a business apart, and if there were more stars to give, we would give them!

After 2 years of trying to get a purchase settled I still have no resolution. Purchased a chair that was supposed to be leather. Paid the price of leather only to find out a short time later that it was vinyl. Owner kept promising to fix issue, this went on for over a year and now says I am sol and he refuses to fix. He got his money so he is ok with that and now blocks me and won't return my texts or calls.

I chose a bed, a lovely king platform/storage bed, a floor model, and returned the next day to pay for it in full, in anticipation of our move. Upon my return I was informed that the bed was no longer available as the store manager (Blair Coughlin) advised me that the bed was damaged and he had unilaterally decided to remove the bed from the floor and from the warehouse itself. I was astounded, first, that I was not contacted, and second, that I was not given opportunity to decide on making any repair myself, and continuing with the purchase. I asked to see the bed. He advised it was out of the building. Then, it became obvious to me, that he had sold it to someone else (after assuring us it was on hold in our name) out from under us! On top of this, we had made an appointment earlier to return to discuss the purchase of multiple pieces (furniture and appliances) so they knew that there was a potential large sale in the works. If this is how this business operates, I will not be supporting them. We found our salesman, Paul, to be straightforward, helpful and honest. We cannot say the same for Blair, the Store Manager. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.
