highly recommend any location. prices are very reasonable. I stopped donating to Value Village and donate here now. We have to stop supporting companies that price gouge and take advantage of people, and this place makes sure you don't get taken advantage of.

Well organized, I generally go in for books I don't like the new layout of the books as they stack them on top of eachother rather than sit them up, other area's seem very organized.

Always find some good deals. Disappointing that they still don't have change rooms.

Their change rooms are closed and so I asked the cashier what their return policy was. She told me that they accept returns within 10 days of purchase so I bought a bunch of clothes and took them home to try them on. More than half didn't fit me so I took it back within the 10 days and a new cashier told me that they don't accept returns, only exchanges. I wouldn't have bought all those clothes if I knew that I wouldn't be able to return them if it didn't fit me. If a clothing stores change rooms aren't open they should accept returns. This is supposed to be a store to people who are on a budget or don't have a lot of money and they won't let you return what fits? How does that make any sense? My advice, don't go here if you are looking for good customer service and policies.

I always bring my gently used items here, so they can make a little and help those in need. Great customer service!

I aways support the Salvation Army! They gave my father-in- law help when he needed it, when his own father wouldn't.

Used to be better value for used items but prices have jumped quite a bit and for items they are receiving from donations to help others its sad to see. On a plus store is always clean and very organized.

Not normally one to take stuff online, but this was pretty insulting.Friday movie shopping, this place is (was?) one of my usual go-tos, came in with titles purchased at other stores, made sure to carry them in my hand on the way in to show that I had them.Didn't end up finding anything I really wanted at this spot, but on the way out I stopped at one of the tills to show that I wasn't trying to walk out with inventory.Me: Hey. I just wanted to make sure I didn't look like I was walking out with stuff. These are from other stores." *Shows DVD Cases With Other Stores' Price Tag Stickers STILL ON THEM*Her: "No. These are from here."Me: "... No. I came in with these and put them on top of the shelf (while I looked at other titles)."Her: "No
