Fjällräven Calgary

I was going to alter my Barents Pro Trousers, but after trying several other selections in store. I found myself in a very professional environment, orchestrated by Aaron and his great team. The employees were also very attentive and informative with every step of the way. 10/10 would come back.

They make good gear, but the selection of items and sizes and colours is limited so may need to check on specific items

Popped into the store this evening after taking a peek at some of the Kanken backpacks online. The bag wall doesn't look massive when you consider the variety of colours and styles that Fjallraven produces but it was sweet to learn they could grab even more colours from the back. Honestly, it kind of made it a bit of a novel experience when the sales associate went to grab several bags in a bunch of shades of green that I could pick from for my new Kanken backpack. I'm really stoked on my new bag, pouch, and wallet for my upcoming trip. Regretfully, I didn't grab the name of the fellow helping me - he was super helpful and and had a great attitude. Kudos to the Fjallraven team, I'll absolutely be back soon :)

This rating doesn’t reflect this location. It has to do with the products themselves. I am super disappointed with the quality of the long sleeve flannel shirts. I bought 2 of them for $130/each, and less than a year in they have rips and tears and substantial pilling. That’s only after wearing them about a dozen times. I expected better quality for that price!

Just love the people at this store! Also never had pants that felt this good. I’m in love with my pants! Aaron and Svetlana went above and beyond with their excellent customer service. Also, puppy friendly!

The customer service at this busy store is just incredible. Faith and Kennedy have been very accommodating regarding an exchange of jacket. Truly professional and welcoming, they have put a smile on my face for this first day of Lunar New Year. We need more of this type of service in Calgary.

Wonderful location and always amazing customer service with the staff here.I had difficulties with an online order, with the help of Chris behind the computer, I was able to make my order and felt very well taken care of.100% will be a returning customer to this store!

Staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to talk to. The products are fantastic, I bought the Nuuk parka and it's the best winter jacket that I've ever owned.

Great service! Fjallraven make the best pants. Free hemming and repair service here is fantastic; more stores should be doing this.
