Nina has been the best for my physical rehabilitation since a car accident over a year ago. She has been the only advocate and one to fight for my car with ICBC. Since the changes with ICBC and losing the rights to our health and wellness where ICBC now determines the value and type of care as well as if we get any, Nina has fought for my rehab to continue. She has seen my struggle with ICBC and the pain I’m in with added stress of getting ICBC to even respond to my case. She has helped me physically and emotionally she has lifted my spirits through the chaos of ICBC. She’s 5 stars and Kin Lab is lucky to have her on the team.
