Took my husbands bike in that we have been moving around with us for 17 years and needing repairs to be rideable. This was a Father’s Day gift and they had short notice but made it happen and it looked amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received!!! Thank you so much!!

I have an older norco Hayes hydrolics. What I thought was a minor issue (needed the tiniest part) I went in there and out of the owners hidden stash he was able to provide me with that piece. I drove home excited to replace the part and get my bike working. Turns out the whole bladder was worn out. So I ran back there and he provided me with a new mechanical disc brake system and I was able to head out camping that afternoon. The owner is awesome. Extremely helpful and friendly. 100 percent would recommend this bike shop to everyone.

Very impressed with the service at Outbound Cycle! I took my +10 year old Specialized Stump Jumper Expert in to them this week because it wouldn't select more than 3 of the 7 cogs on the rear cassette. I had tried several times to adjust the derailleur over the last couple of seasons without success and assumed the derailleur was worn-out. The guys at Outbound returned the bike within a couple of days in perfect working order. They removed and serviced the rear changer before reinstalling and resetting it plus the straightened the front chain wheel changer and serviced the handlebar gear selector. All for $45! Can't recommend them strongly enough.

What can I say, except it was outstanding service from beginning to end! Craig made my friend I, who each had never been in before, feel very comfortable and at ease with what was getting done to our bikes! The service, the price, the selection, the location, and the people can’t be beat! This is my go to bike shop now in the Okanagan! My bike is a 2013 Rocky Mountain and has never run better!

Outbound Cycle has been my go to shop for over 15 years. Nothing but positive things to say about Glen and the shop he runs. It doesn't matter if you show up to get a 2 dollar part or are looking for a new high end bike, you will be happy with the way you are treated.They have great selection and stock and will do whatever possible to get you rolling again ASAP. Not a lot of shops like this one around anymore!

I have know Glen for years and years. Always a cheerful smile and a joke. great guy to deal with. Bought all of my bikes from him, and has alway sold me the best stuff at reasonable price. Just had him upgrade my mountain bike to Electric. What an absolute riot! Thanks Glen it is truly awesome. Great price too! Love it!

I sincerely couldn't be happier. I had a bike in the shed for 15yrs collecting dust. Called another cycle shop first and was told it was sitting long enough the maintenance might cost about the same as a just getting a new entry level bike, and furthermore, stock is depleted so good luck.I wanted a second opinion and called Outbound. SUPER nice guy on the phone, said simply just bring it in so we can have a look. who knows
