Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Mississauga

Our family have been going to this location for years! The last year this place has gone downhill. My son had about 4 different coaches in the space of 2 months!! He was so close to graduating, and this changes of coaches delayed it. When he finally graduated, we enrolled him next level w coach Sharon, we were so excited, as we've been watching coach Sharon for quite a while and know he is so great, dedicated, and seems to really care (we had many coaches over the years, but none compare to what we observed in coach Sharon). 2nd class in and we're told Sharon is no longer teaching this class, we're told there would be 2 instructors (one was training). On our app it still says Sharon is our coach, so basically we don't even know who's going to replace him, but what upsets me the most is that even if we had a name it doesn't really matter because any moment it can change again. It is disappointed because we pay top dollar for this place, and over the years it really adds up.

Coach Sharon has been instrumental in the development of River’s swimming. Not only has River progressed faster than expected, he thoroughly enjoys every class. All of the instructors here have been great so far, however, River has developed a particular bond with coach Sharon. River is high energy and coach Sharon seems to harness that energy, and turn it into skill development. A+ experience every class.

My boys swim here every week and I recommend them to my friends and family all the time. The boys love that the pool is heated and they love their coaches. The staff is always very courteous and I love the way they interact with kids! The boys swimming skills have developed at a far quicker pace then at other schools they swam at. I want to thank the staff for making swimming fun for my kids.

Our family is incredibly pleased with Aqua-tots. We have been members for 10 months now and have only grown to love the curriculum, coaches, front desk staff and facility more and more. From the moment you walk in the front door, Shakiba, is there to greet you, help you get checked in, assist with the app, answer any questions, and sort out schedules. Shakiba is ALWAYS going above and beyond throughout our time in the facility. The coaches in the water are great at meeting your child wherever they are at comfort wise and we have seen incredible progress with our little swimmers skills. Swim lessons are a huge highlight in our week and we highly recommend Aqua-tots. Ps. the heated pool and coffee bar are great perks.

I have the pleasure of working with an exceptional secretary Roselle and swim instructors Sharon, Raf, and Michael.I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and expertise. Roselle’s attention to detail and communication skills made the entire process seamless and stress-free when scheduling my children for a class. Coaches Sharon, Michael, and Raf were outstanding. Their unwavering support and guidance were instrumental in helping my children make significant progress in their skills. Each session was well-organized, and they provided constructive feedback that helped my children develop their technique and confidence in the water.Overall, I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for exceptional service and top-notch instruction.

Our son has been taking classes since he was born at this Aqua-Tots. He started with the mommy-me classes and is now doing independent classes. Throughout his journey, he has been taught by some wonderful instructors such as Sharon and Raf. He is now doing classes with Andrew. He is fantastic! He makes each class engaging and fun to the point we book random weekly classes just so our son can learn from him. We would recommend Andrew to any parents looking for classes.

I went to this place myself and I loved it. It taught me how to swim and now I am a good swimmer. The staff are always nice. My favorite teacher was Andrew. O. I liked how he always came with a smile and he taught me very well. Another was Ariana. She taught me breaststroke. I became more efficient in my freestyle. I really recommend this for your child. Thank you for all the good memories Aqua-Tots. I hope we’ll meet again someday.

All of the staff that we had the pleasure of dealing with at Aqua Tots have been AMAZING. From the moment that you walk through the doors, the front desk staff are so warm and kind. Rose and Maddy specifically, are great, always there to accommodate us and greeting us with a smile. Coach Jasmina has been Super. Wonderful with children and she teaches great technique. We have requested her for both levels 4 and 5. Our daughter Nikki has excelled in her classes and a big thanks to her for the proper guidance and encouragement! I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at Aqua-tots swim school. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this was a special place. We have been coming to this location for almost ten years now, starting with my son and now with my daughter.One thing that sets this swim school apart is the staff's dedication to making every child feel comfortable and at ease. My daughter is a bit more sensitive than my son was, and she had a tough time separating from us at first. But thanks to Maya at the front desk, who took the time to connect with her and walk her into her class each time, the transition became much smoother. Maya's patience and understanding were truly commendable.However, the highlight of our experience has been our swim coach, Jay. He is undoubtedly one of the best swim coaches we have ever encountered. Jay has this remarkable ability to connect with the children on their level and make each lesson engaging and fun. My daughter quickly grew attached to him, and his patience and enthusiasm became a driving force in her progress.Recently, Jay was promoted to a deck supervisor, which was bittersweet news for our family. Our daughter was devastated, and it sparked a lot of anxiety for her. However, Jay went above and beyond to support her during this transition. He would sit with her through her classes, providing the comfort she needed during this challenging period. Jay's dedication and compassion were truly extraordinary.Fortunately, our daughter's new teacher, Ms. Robyn, turned out to be a saint. Despite being newer to the centre, her love for children and her incredible patience made an instant connection with our daughter. Robyn took the time after each class to get to know our daughter personally, further solidifying the bond they formed. It is evident that Robyn is already one of the top teachers at Aqua-tots, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her as part of our daughter's swimming journey.What impresses us the most about Aqua-tots is their emphasis on the emotional well-being of the children.
