Honestly, one of the best service experiences I have had so far. Everyone was extra nice, polite, and helpful.

They didn’t give me my fingerprints at the moment they mistake the procedure only a waste of money and time

Went to take my fingerprints for the Recidency application, the service was very quick and eficient!They give me 2 sets of fingerprints ready to send in less then 5 minutes.($60)

Getting an appointment was super easy. My employer was billed directly for my clearance. They paid a lot of attention to following Covid protocols.

It’s their job. They know what they’re doing. Prepare to get your photo taken as well. Just make sure you go with 2 copies of your ID. If not they’ll refuse to serve you.

I normally don’t write personal reviews but I take an exception to this.I visited Global services Montreal office at Leveque to apply for a police certificate for 3 countries.I met this Lady.After I explained what I wanted to do,she told me they can do for 2 out of the 3 Which I agreed to because little did I know of these things.First of,she asked for payment of $103CAD even before starting the process.I paid fully.I gave her my passport and Driving License to get all information on it.She asked me to checked if all the information were accurate after typing it on the computer.She made a blatant mistake of my birth date,year and address which I asked her to correct it.Honestly I was surprised she could make that mistake because both identification documents I gave her had the same information on it.She printed it out and took my fingerprints for the second application which was that of Ghana.Afterwards,she asked me to take it to Ghana to apply for the police report.I was dumbfounded because she made it clear to me that everything would be done here in Canada so what was this.Moreover why on earth will I go to Ghana for a Police report whiles i could have applied for that online?.I didn’t stress much on that for now.She asked me to follow her to the other room for the Canadian biometric I did and she gladly again made a mistake with the same information I asked her to correct.Fast forward, 2 weeks later I received the Canadian police report my year of birth wasn’t accurate.I called her to ask her why that happened after I made her to correct it on the initial mistake, she told me it was my fault that it happened because I should have checked that everything was accurate and correct before she submitted it.Infact, this is the most unprofessional dumbest excuse I have heard in my life to be blamed for someones incompetence.I have advised myself and if her employers see this review they fire her with immediate effect.I hope she doesn’t do this to anyone else because obviously she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing.I pray her conscience judge her right if she even has one to take money from people for a terrible workdone.If her manager and director read this review I pray they do the needful ASAP.May karma be the fate.Thank you.

Don't go there !! Identification Canada near Atwater is way better than this place. Plz. I applied for the proof of non criminal record on 18th March. I literally waited for like 3 WEEKS but I still haven't got the letter. I'm 1000% sure that it's lost. I tried to contact them for several times and they just let me keep waiting. In the end. they said : not our responsibility. You need to reapply and pay for another 57$ dollars. They dont even say sorry for that. I strongly suggest u guys go to identification Canada near Atwater. It's not far and the staff is super nice. And they charge less expensive !!!!
