I have bought many items over the years, from headboards/footboards and dressers for my children to mattresses to my couch set and massage chair and now I have my own dressers and nightstand coming and working on a new headboard and one more dresser ...I have longed for many years... Every single time I order something no matter what it is, the staff is utterly amazing. The manager (Zack) of the store is the best manager I've ever worked with in my life, he is the reason I come back and give my Business to Ashley's. His kindness and happiness and understanding and compassion and often answers my (annoying) lol questions. He is what is the utter glue if the company for sure, because of him I am a very loyal customer and refuse to go else where. I highly recommend Ashley furniture for so many reasons their quality, their Selection, their staff, their manager. 10/10. Thank you- A.R.

Did not follow thru on timing and delivery commitments, and there was a continued lack of service through the process. I was told 2 weeks for delivery (we needed the mattress for guests). I asked about delays when I bought and salesperson said that they no longer happen (that previously delays were due to covid). Two weeks later I still hadn’t heard back. When I asked for a new estimate are they said it would be a month but it was unsure. ETC….The manager did offer a refund, and ultimately compensated for the delay with a pricier mattress (no delivery), but did not make up for the huge hassle and waste of time. And I had to ask for compensation. Although the In store experience was good…I was hesitant to shop here based on other Ashley’s reviews, and won’t be back!

Ordered and paid for a mattress. Waited 21 days called for a update to only be told it is not even ordered yet. Recieved no promised call back . Will just buy else where and get a refund

We've been shipping with Zach since the Brick. Loved the service we received back then and now. Nice to see some new faces at the Ashley store. Recent purchase made with Chase went smoothly she was very professional. The delivery team was great, they even moved a fridge to the basement for us. Will always choose the Bedroom and Ashley for our future purchases. Thanks!

Really knowledgeable staff, helped me find a mattress that fit both myself and my husband. Have never slept better! Recommend financing through Ashley too, allowed us to get the bed we need without having to pay a foortune upfront... Nicely surprised.

I didn’t end up buying my fridge from here because we were unable to get the fridge i needed in a decent amount of time. But i felt compelled to write a review specifically about the customer service. I can not praise the staff enough. They are knowledgeable, helpful and go above and beyond. I would 100% recommend this location to everyone and anyone. They have completely exceeded my expectations of any sort of customer service.

Although the service has always been kind and accommodating. I will be not purchasing from this store or it's associating stores again. I bought a fridge last August, and have been trying to get it fixed ever since. It has been very frustrating not feeling heard or feeling like anyone even cares that this problem is still not resolved!
