The people working here are legitimately so stupid, they never pick up the phone, they don’t even bother reading the email. They kept telling me some random purchase information when my question was about something else and they literally don’t even know the app the campus uses to pay which is on the website. How would you not use that. They said, they don’t have any and city of Windsor does when infact, Windsor university campus parking uses a different app too. Please hire people who know their job atleast.

Completely rip off, why would you charge extra 2$ for just 7 mins ? I paid $4.50 for just 1 hour and 7 mins! Never again I will park there!

Its nice to always have a parking spot but people drive in the garage like they are the only ones in it. The garage is tight so good luck getting a large car around.

I would rate this a 5 star parking lot if they enforced Back In parking, and made people pull as far into the spots as possible.... There are too many people who have no idea the size of their vehicle, and leave it hanging half out of their parking spot.
