Worse Tim Horton I have ever visited. 1. Put confiti candy and whip cream without asking. 2. Can even give a decent portion on cream cheese on bagel. Not even enough for me to spread on both side if I had a knife.

Parked and went in since the store was empty. I was the only person in line and waited 10 minutes to be served. Ordered an iced coffee with half ice and a bagel with cream cheese. Got an iced coffee with extra ice and a bagel with no cream cheese. Restaraunt was packed now since I'd already had to wait 25 minutes for a bagel and coffee. Was told I'd have to wait and pay extra to have it fixed. Left and and left the dry bagel behind. Already paid for both. I'll just make the trip to the one downtown from now on.

Very new store with a VERY fresh, new and hip atmosphere. It's located near the old mall in town that's being revitalized, there are all kinds of new apartment buildings in the area, a high-school, elementary school and a church Very close by and they had ALOT quicker, friendlier, more welcoming and ACTUALLY ACCURATE customer service than ANY of the other Tim Hortons in the area, ESPECIALLY THE ONES IN PERTH! The interior design of the store is VERY sleek and modern with even the way the pastries were displayed had more of an independent Cafe look to them. I honestly almost forgot I was in a Timmy's.I was and still am very impressed with everything about my visit.

I’m writing this review because I have lost count of how many times this Tim Hortons has messed my order.I’ve only been living in Smiths Falls 1 year and I have never had so many mess ups in one Tim Hortons locations. I only order either 1-4 items max each visit. The amount of times they have forgotten a hashbrown in a meal, messed up my 10 timbit order (asked for two flavours) and have forgotten a flavour shot in my ice capps. Went through the drive thru and ordered an ice cap with a hazelnut shot and a hot chocolate, the employee proceed to tell me I ordered an iced coffee once I got to the window, I have never ordered or had an ice coffee ever. They made the ice cap but of course forgot the shot, every time I order with a shot I always have to ask please remember to add in the shot! The hazelnut shot is also a seasonal flavour since it’s discounted now in Ottawa. $5 isn’t a big deal but that’s how much I’ve “lost” because they continue to forget to add the shot in.

Went tonight ordered 3 drinks, some timbits a donut and a turkey bacon club on a wrap because of a medical condition received the wrap" on a bun and no tray for the drinks either

Went in to return a muffin that I was given in drive through that I didn't order and ask for a chocolate milk wich I paid for and didn't receive and a male employee with glasses new to me had ignorantly dismissed me with a rude hand jesters and completely ignored me as if I did not existNot impressed, completely ignorant and rude and I'd post a lot more of Google wasn't so censored

Terrible customer service. I'm sick of Tim Hortons. All they are good for is handing you a half filled cup of coffee. Like, come on! Have some pride in the food you service! They just load, squirt, and slap the sauce on the sandwiches. DISGUSTING!!!
