Amazing experience with Jenise - the finance manager. Because of her I got 2 yrs extra warranty on my 2019 Hyundai elentra. Can be said as a special sale. Really really happy for it.

The parts shipping crisis is real. I waited 5 and 1/2 weeks for a part to arrive after experiencing bizarre electrical issues with my 2017 Honda Pilot (Touring) during the coldest part of this winter season. It was my interaction with the staff at T and T that saved this experience. From the initial diagnostic process till I finally picked up our vehicle, Kluge Yadao in the service department, was a consummate professional. Having worked as a manager in the customer service field for a significant portion of my career, I can appreciate the quality of care he provided - from when we dropped off the vehicle till, we finally picked it up. My vehicle appears to be good working order. So, kudos to the technicians who worked on it as well. This would be a 5-star review based on the quality of the T and T staff. I only give it 4 stars because of how long I had to wait to get my Honda back.

Amazing experience shopping at TandT Honda, from the sales, financing and delivery team. Walked in to get a car and ended up with a different choice due to a very friendly sales staff whose showed me multiple options. Its a great place to shop and trade in. Nice one guys

We got our car from here. We drove from north to Calgary and before that they provided us all the information. Mike and firaaz were very friendly and active to showcase things about car.Jordan was also very helpful and had patience while we confirm other things.Great experience.

This dealership was amazing. The staff was forthcoming with the information concerning the vehicle we were looking at. The salesman, managers and finance person were very accommodating even though we arrived late and worked the deal after closing. They said they would work to get us the best deal and with our prior research, they did just that. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase without the normal sales tactics practiced by most other dealerships.

Purchased a 2023 Honda Ridgeline Black edition and traded in my 2018 Civic Type R. I would like to thank all the staff especially Johnny Ngo, Karam Singh and Roxy Swelin, they were amazing and went above and beyond. I am writing this review on the behalf of a friend. I accompanied him 10 months ago to buy a car. Dealership had no clue what is going on with his order. On top of it they were more interested in selling another car and raised the value of it by $5k. They are forcing people to buy accessories. We were told they can't sell us the vehicle if we are not adding those accessories. Be careful.

The sales and finance team were great. I appreciated the efforts efficiency through the process. I'm a return customer and I've always had my car serviced here too and appreciate that things aren't found" to be wrong with my car. I just do what the code requires and it's kept my vehicle going!"

I took my car to TnT Honda for suspension work and I couldn't be happier, Allen Garcia was my service advisor and he's so knowledgeable, and respectful. He explains the problem but is not pushy. Sal the technician explained to me the severity and the priority of my repairs. The shuttle was on time to drop and pick me up, Sandra and Gen are so nice. Scott the service manager went out of his way to make things work as I was out of the shuttle zone. Lastly, I got a discount for being a new customer which was appreciated given my bill. Definitely a place to come back to. So satisfied with the work.
