Even in a huge snowstorm, these guys pulled through. I have CAA and I couldn't get through, even after waiting on hold for the most part of an hour. I called several closer tow truck services in the area and none could help within a reasonable time ( I was told 3-4 hour wait elsewhere).Mills Towing made it happen and the driver was extremely friendly and personable.Thank you so much!

This review is to thank Ted Mills for his kind and courteous service after my car was hit on Queenstoun Rd and towed. Ted removed my groceries and plants from my care placed them in the cab of his truck and drove me home. he carried my belongings to my front door. How helpful that was.and what a gentleman!

Got stuck with my entire family when one wheel locked. Searched for the nearest towing company and called. He showed up within 10 minutes and charged very low compared to previous towing services. Was very informative and was a great help. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company at all cost. I was involved in a traffic accident that was the other drivers fault. .The police called Mills to tow my car.The front passenger side of my car was the only part of my car that was damaged. When I went to the mechanic where mills took my car to, the back bumper had a huge hole and my exhaust pipe was filled with snow. It was clear that my car was dropped and now I have to pay the deductible because I didn't take pictures of the back of my car...because it had no damage. I think they did it on purpose as Mills towing also runs a mechanic shop and was trying to push me to get the work done there. They also ripped off my dirty front bumper and showed it on my leather seats

Scammers and Gougers. My boy had an accident. Cop called these guys to tow to collision centre and was charged 200 towing for 2.5 km, aND a bogus 110 $ reporting station fee. To top it off the driver didn't even ask my boy where to take, which would have been back home, and left him stranded at the police station. Cost him 30 $ in cab fair plus 60$ storage fee for half hour. He wanted it towed back home not stored. That would have saved him atleast 90$. So it cost him 448$. His insurance does not cover this, so it is out of his own pocket. I called other tow companies with good ratings to see if this was excessive, and it shouldn't have cost him more than 150$. Most companies will give you a lower rate if they know your not insured for towing. Not these guys. Very rude when I tried to get it reduced. If I could I would give them a 0 rating. I will talk to consumer affairs and see what else can be done.

Amazing work, only place I’ll take my vehicles.

Costed me 760 dollars to get car out of impound for only a week... They must have been parking my Car on a plate of Gold. Very Crooked and greasy company.

Had my car sit on the lot for a few days because they weren’t open on weekends. That brought up the bill a bit. But the man (maybe the owner) that assisted with retrieving my car was extremely nice. He spent practically the entire day helping me deal with CAA’s Bull.S. Drivers that didn’t know what they were doing. He spoke out for me and gave me advice. Really did more than he needed to. Thank you tons.

AWFUL PLACE!!!! Rude, disrespectful and liars. The driver broke the control arm on my car company could care less. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. Nothong but degenerates.

This Towing Company is By Far Both The Worst & Unprofessional Company I Have Ever Crossed Paths With. Not having a Website isnt a Huge Deal but not including 'Important Information on the Internet.. No Business Hours let alone an after hours contact number.SOOO UNprofessional.. I have been calling for Days. Dont seem to get thru to anybody.. No Answering Machine .. When i finally got ahold of them the Lady was beyond Rude, & told me she is the only Receptionist and has been out the past few days doing Police Calls.. Soo instead of my Car being their a day or 2... its been over a Week and still have NOT bern able to make Convenient Arrangements... Pathetic.. The Cops Must have some sort of a Contract and personally benefit from giving them the Towing Business.. Not impressed at all.
