Well it's me again. This is for all like me who literally hate going to the dentist. Had a filling done today, again i was impressed. Rob and his staff are amazing. Trust me, I was super nervous about getting a a needle, but again didn't feel a thing. Can't seem to get rid of the old nervousness of needles in my mouth even though Rob makes it painless where I don't even know if I'm getting poked or not. I appreciate everyone in the office, it truly is amazing how they all are taking my fears away.

Because you’d asked I will respond. As always you guys are great. Rob is a true master at his profession and you ladies make the experience tolerable and pleasant. However, I was billed for an emergency visit 45.00. You called me to fill a cancellation, which happed to be 3 days before my scheduled appointment. It’s not about the money for which I am thankful, but really? Ding me a customer for over 30 years? I have to say I am somewhat disillusioned. Jon

Professional and excellent service provided by Dr. Rob and his staff

I have never been to a dental practice where the staff have so much joy. Everyone was so happy from the receptionists coming in, to the assistant Melissa and Rob the dentist himself. It just blew me away for the first time coming to this location. I had been dealing with two teeth causing me pain and another dental office had me wait 4 months to have them pulled (I already waited 3). I couldn't take it anymore and was looking to see if someone else could do the job. As I was driving to get gas on the Family Day weekend I noticed the Tweed Dental Care and saw that they did tooth extractions. I booked the appointment to have the teeth looked at and waited for the following week. Monday rolls around Rob looks at the my teeth and the x-ray and says if you don't mind waiting I can have them pulled today". He had to repeat the question because I was shocked he was able to do the procedure the same day. A 3 month wait had now become a 2 second solution. For the first time having teeth pulled I didn't feel a thing not even the needle going in for freezing and no pain afterwards. I highly recommend this dental practice because the staff really love their jobs and care about the patients. Thank you so much and I look forward to having future work on my teeth done. Rob is a great dentist.. he's very gentle and understands the anxiety associated with going to the dentist. The front desk girls are great answering questions and Robs assistants are very kind and understanding

My hygienist was awesome, efficient, caring, and friendly. Cleaner brighter smile always. The dentist and all other staff at this office are so kind and professional I always leave feeling better than when I entered.
