This public washroom in the Blackie Spit parking lot is a wheelchair accessible toilet (washroom, bathroom, comfort station, restroom). The City of Surrey is responsible for maintenance that requires better servicing on long weekends. The smells indicate a larger problem with sewer back-up and a solution is not air fresheners, but it is a cute little building from a distance ...
